機能付比例弁が考えられ、電磁弁1つと閉止機能
付比例弁で燃焼機器のガス制御弁を構成してい
る。第1図にこの種、従来のガス燃焼機器の構成
を示す。ガス入口1側に設けた電磁弁2と直列に
ダイヤフラムによるシール部を有する閉止機能付
比例弁3を設け、バーナ4のノズル5へガスを供
給している。6は電磁弁2と閉止機能付比例弁3
を制御するガス燃焼制御装置である。第2図に、
ダイヤフラムによるシール部を有する閉止機能付
比例弁の構成図を示す。ガス入口7と、ガス出口
8の間に設けた弾性部材である弁座9と、前記弁
座9と対向して弁体10を設け、前記弁体10に
固着されガス圧力により閉弁方向に力を作用させ
るダイヤフラム11で構成されるガスガバナ部
と、弁体10に閉止力を与えるスプリング12
と、ガス燃焼制御装置6の電気信号により電磁力
を発生する電磁力発生部であるコイル13と磁性
体であるヨーク14とプランジヤ15で構成され
