(Prior Art) This type of reflow oven generally includes a heater provided on at least one of the upper surface or the lower surface, and a material to be heated that is placed in a space heated by the heater and moves along a pair of rails. and conveying means including a pair of chains each having a hook on which the chain is hooked. In the prior art, rails are made of a material with good thermal conductivity so that there is no temperature distribution in the cross section of the rail. However, with such rails, the surface on which the chain slides causes the rail to wear, so normally the sliding surface of the rail is treated with hard alumite or hard chrome plating, but this is not permanent and does not last long. It was not possible to maintain wear resistance over a period of time.
Note that if the entire rail is made of a highly wear-resistant material, this material has low workability and is difficult to process. Also, highly wear-resistant materials generally have low thermal conductivity and are prone to bending, and it is difficult to process them. If an expensive one was used, it would have the disadvantage of being large.

(Structure of the invention) The reflow oven according to the invention includes a heater provided on at least one of the upper surface or the lower surface, and a material to be heated that is disposed in a space heated by the heater and moves along a pair of rails. The pair of rails includes a rail main body made of a material with good thermal conductivity and having a vertical groove on the upper surface, and a conveying means including a pair of chains each having a claw on which the rail is hooked. A guide made of a wear-resistant material is arranged within the rail body and protrudes from the rail body and is engaged by the chain, and is characterized in that the guide is fixed at one point at the bottom of the longitudinal groove.

With this structure, the sliding surface with the chain has wear resistance, and the rail body is made of a material with good thermal conductivity, so the rail does not bend. Since it is fixed to the rail body only at certain points, there is no possibility of bending at the joint surface due to differences in thermal expansion coefficients.

(Embodiment) An embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 shows a reflow oven 10 according to the present invention, and the reflow oven 10 is arranged oppositely to the upper and lower surfaces of the oven body 12. The attached heaters 14, 14' and the material to be heated, such as a double-sided mounting board 17, move along a pair of rails 16, 16' disposed in the space heated by these heaters 14, 14'.

A pair of rails 16, 16' are shown in FIGS. 2 and 3.
As shown in the figure, a rail main body 26 having a vertical groove 24 on its upper surface and made of a material with good thermal conductivity such as aluminum, and chains 20, 20' disposed within the vertical groove 24 and protruding from the rail main body 26 are engaged. A guide 2 made of a wear-resistant material such as mating steel
8, and this guide 28 has a screw 30 at one location.
It is fixed to the bottom of the vertical groove 24 by. In the illustrated embodiment, the rail body 26 includes a body portion 26A having a generally square cross section and threads 3 spaced apart from each other to form a longitudinal groove 24 on the body portion 26A.
2, and a pair of vertical members 26B, 26B' fixed to the main body portion 26A by means 2.

In this way, the sliding surfaces of the rails 16, 16' with the chains 20, 20' have wear resistance,
In addition, since the rail body 26 is made of a material with good thermal conductivity, the rails 16, 16' will not bend, and since the guide 28 is fixed to the rail body 26 at only one location, there will be a difference in the coefficient of thermal expansion. This prevents bending at the joint surface. Therefore, the sliding surfaces of the rails 16, 16' have high wear resistance, and the rails 16, 16' are not bent by heat.

(考案の効果) 本考案によれば、上記のように、レールの摺動

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, the present invention has the practical advantage that the sliding surface of the rail has high wear resistance and the rail does not curve due to heat.
