Abstract

PURPOSE:To permit the cleaning of a filter easily without moving commodities or a bottom plate by a method wherein a filter attaching and detaching port is opened at the rise-up part of an outer casing and an insulating door, capable of opening and/or closing the filter attaching and detaching port, is provided. CONSTITUTION:A filter attaching and detaching port 2b is opened on the rise-up part 2a of an outer casing 2 at the fore part of a drainage port 11. The filter attaching and detaching port 2b is blockaded by a door 21, formed of heat insulating material and supported pivotably by a hinge 18 at the rise-up part 2a. Upon cleaning a filter 12, a front panel 16 is tilted forward, the door 21 is turned forward to open the filter attaching and detaching port 2b. Then, a hand is inserted into the filter attaching and detaching port 2b to take out the filter 12 and dust on the filter is removed. The filter 12 is mounted again from the filter attaching and detaching port 2b after cleaning, then, the door 21 and the upper front panel 16 are returned to an initial condition.

納設置される。前記内箱3は底板3aが取外し可能に形
成され、また内方に庫内7を形成する。庫内7には上下
多段に棚8が設けられる。前記外箱2の底部には排水口
IIが設けられ上方から着脱可能にフィルタ12が装着
される。この排水口11は、排水管13にその一部をな
すトラップ14を介して接続される。尚15は外箱2を
支持する基台、16及び17は本体ケース1の下部前面
に設けられた上部フロントパネル及び下部フロントパネ
ルである。

を設けるものとし、あるいは複数の本体ケースが連結し
て設置される場合、断熱壁により形成され前面に商品取
出用開口部を、かつこの開口部下方に立上りを有する断
面略コ字形の外箱と、内方に庫内を形成する内箱とで本
体ケースが構成され、前記外箱と内箱との間には、冷却
器及びファンを内蔵する冷気循環路が形成され、さらに
前記外箱底部に排水口を備える冷気循環式オープンショ
ーケースにおいて、連結される複数の前記本体ケースの
各排水口を排水管により前方に導き、かつ前記排水管を
互に管継手で接続して排水路を合流させるとともに、前
記管継手に前方から着脱可能にフィルタを装着するもの
とする。

形の外箱と、内方に庫内を形成する内箱とで本体ケース
が構成され、前記外箱と内箱との間には、冷却器及びフ
ァンを内蔵する冷気循環路が形成され、さらに前記外箱
底部に排水口を備える冷気循環式オーブンショーケース
において、連結される複数の前記本体ケースの各排水口
を排水管により前方に導き、かつ前記排水管を互に管継
手で接続して排水路を合流させるとともに、前記管継手
に前方から着脱可能にフィルタを装着するようにしたの
で、本体ケースに生じた排水はフィルタによってごみ等
が除去されて排出され、前記フィルタは、商品を移動さ
せたり、庫内底板を取外したりすることなく清掃される
