[Prior art] For example, a welded wire mesh made by arranging a plurality of vertical strands and horizontal strands in a grid and welding the intersections of both strands is used for decorative purposes such as interior decoration and partitions. However, in such applications, in order to enhance the decorativeness of the wire mesh or add various functions, vertical lines that make up the welded wire mesh, such as unusual colored lines, wavy lines, or diagonal lines, are added to the wire mesh. There are cases where it is desired to mix auxiliary lines that have a different appearance from the strands or horizontal strands.

However, the above-mentioned welded wire mesh is generally manufactured using a fully automatic machine that supplies a large number of strands in a grid pattern and welds the intersections of the wires, so it is difficult to partially include wavy lines or diagonal lines due to the manufacturing method. It is extremely difficult to obtain the desired welded wire mesh, especially when welding colored wires, as the paint is likely to peel off or discolor due to heat, pressure, etc. Furthermore, when painting a welded wire mesh after manufacturing, it is extremely difficult to paint only specific strands with different colored wires, both from the viewpoint of painting technology and from an economic standpoint.

[Means for Solving the Problems] In order to solve the above problems, the welded wire mesh panel of the present invention is constructed by arranging a plurality of vertical strands and horizontal strands in a grid pattern and welding the intersections of both strands. A recess is formed in a part of the welded wire mesh main body by partially bending the vertical or horizontal wire, and the recess is filled with a different colored wire or wave shape that differs in appearance from the vertical or horizontal wire. This is characterized in that the auxiliary lines, such as lines and diagonal lines, are inserted into the welded wire mesh body.

1 and 2, 1 is a welded wire mesh main body, and the welded wire mesh main body 1 includes a large number of vertical strands 2.
It is formed by arranging and horizontal wires 3 in a grid pattern and welding and integrating their intersection points,
In a part of the welded wire mesh main body 1, recesses 4a and 4b are formed by bending every other vertical strand 2 or horizontal strand 3 (vertical strand 2 in the drawing) back and forth, and the recesses Space 5 formed between 4a and 4b
The auxiliary wire 6 is attached to the welded wire mesh main body 1 by inserting a differently colored auxiliary wire 6 having a different appearance from the strands 2 and 3.

If the recesses 4a and 4b are each formed to a depth approximately equivalent to the radius of the auxiliary line 6, the auxiliary line 6 can be tightly inserted between the recesses 4a and 4b on the same plane as the vertical strand 2. However, as shown in FIG. 3, a recess 4c having a depth approximately equal to the diameter of the auxiliary wire 6 is formed in at least two vertical strands 2 located at an appropriate interval, and the other straight The auxiliary wire 6 may be inserted into the space 5 between the vertical wire 2, and in this case, depending on the bending direction of the recess 4c,
The auxiliary wire 6 can be arranged on the same side as the horizontal wire 3 with respect to the vertical wire 2 or on the opposite side.

FIGS. 4 and 5 show auxiliary wires 6 whose appearance is different from the vertical and horizontal strands 2 and 3, which are bent into a wave shape and a chevron shape, respectively, and are welded to the wire mesh main body using the same method.
The figure shows the case where it is installed.

Further, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 6, the auxiliary wire 6 is installed diagonally so as to straddle the plurality of horizontal wires 3, 3, . . . . in this case,
It is desirable that the recessed portion 4c is bent so as to protrude to the side opposite to the horizontal strand 3, so that the auxiliary wire 6 sandwiches the vertical strand 2 and is positioned on the opposite side from the lateral strand 3.

Welded wire mesh panels having the above configuration are used for interior decoration, room partitions, etc., but when used as a partition, for example, using wires and auxiliary wires with a thickness of 3.2 to 4 mm, a height of 1400 mm and a width of 1,400 mm. It is formed to a size of about 1200 mm, and installed at a predetermined location by attaching it to a frame or a support and arranging one or more sheets in a row. The installation locations include offices, coffee shops, restaurants, lobbies of hotels and buildings, etc.

According to the present invention having the above configuration, auxiliary lines such as different colored lines, wavy lines, diagonal lines, etc. that are different in appearance from the vertical or horizontal strands are added to a part of the welded wire mesh.
The decorativeness is significantly improved compared to the ordinary welded wire mesh which is composed of only vertical and horizontal wires and has little change, and the welded wire mesh can be used for many purposes such as interior decoration and partitioning. Moreover, not only can the wire mesh be partially reinforced by the above-mentioned auxiliary lines, but the auxiliary lines can also be used for various indications and marks, and can also be used to hang potted plants and various decorative items. It can also be used as a hook for hanging, especially if the auxiliary line is a wavy line.
By using the concave portion, it can be hung stably.

In addition, when adding the above-mentioned auxiliary line, a recess is formed in a part of the welded wire mesh body by partially bending the vertical strand or the horizontal strand, and the auxiliary line is inserted into the recess. Therefore, even if the auxiliary line is a different color line, a wavy line, or a diagonal line, it can be easily and reliably attached to the welded wire mesh, and in particular, inconveniences when welding can be eliminated. That is, when the above-mentioned auxiliary wires are attached by welding during the manufacturing process of welded wire mesh, if the auxiliary wires are of a different color, discoloration or peeling of paint may occur at the welded parts, which tends to reduce the decorative value. Not only that, but repainting after welding is extremely difficult as it is localized.
Furthermore, there are disadvantages such as the inability to use synthetic resin-coated wires, but in this invention, the auxiliary wires are attached using recesses without welding, so discoloration of the auxiliary wires and peeling of paint may occur. Not only does this eliminate the need for troublesome work such as painting after installing only the colored lines,
Furthermore, there are advantages such as the ability to use synthetic resin-coated filaments.
