いる。Conventionally, various black paints have been used in various fields such as automobiles, construction materials, furniture, and electronics. Carbon black is mainly used as the black pigment, and thermosetting resin as a binder, such as melamine alkyd resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, etc.
A thermoplastic resin, such as nitrocellulose or a polyvinyl compound, is diluted and mixed with an organic solvent or water, applied, and dried or cured with heat or air to form a paint film. One of the important properties of paints is dispersibility, and in practical terms, it greatly affects gloss and light color density, and the higher the dispersibility, the better.

Since the density of light colors can be increased with a small amount of black paint, which also leads to lower costs, there is a demand for modification of carbon black, which is a black pigment, and is believed to be a solution to this problem.

The present invention was made based on such knowledge, and an object of the present invention is to provide a black paint having excellent gloss and light color density by incorporating such carbon black as a black pigment.

Binder resins include melamine, melamine alkyd, acrylic, urethane, nitrocellulose, etc., and the blending ratio of these can be determined by the dispersion machine. Although it differs depending on the type of carbon black used or the paint varnish, - for boat fishing, the paint contains 1 to 10% carbon black and 30 to 60% resin component;
The remainder is solvent.

The blending amount is adjusted to obtain the desired gray density, but the higher the light color density of carbon black, the smaller the amount of black paint used, and therefore, the higher the light color density is preferred.
