2. Description of the Related Art Generally, a lighting device is provided on the ceiling of a vehicle interior of an automobile for the purpose of viewing road maps and the like inside the vehicle at night. A further developed version of such a lighting device is, for example, one described in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 184350/1983. That is, a bulb as a light source is disposed between the roof head lining in the upper part of the vehicle interior and the roof panel, and a large number of lighting holes are bored in the roof head liner to communicate the space and the vehicle interior, At night, the bulbs can be turned on selectively by operating a switch. The light from the bulb is then dispersed through each lighting hole and irradiated into the passenger compartment, providing soft illumination that makes the entire ceiling of the passenger compartment glow. This makes it easy to confirm the position of small parts installed in the vehicle interior, such as coat hangers. However, many lighting holes are noticeable during the day,
There was a problem that the aesthetic appearance of the vehicle interior was spoiled.Recently, the surface material of the ceiling of the vehicle interior is a luminous fabric made by knitting or weaving luminous threads such as gold thread or lame thread. At night, the ceiling of the vehicle interior is illuminated by reflections from streetlights, etc., giving a soft and moody feeling, and making it easier to confirm the location of ticket holders and the like at night.

が低いという問題点があつた。 However, some of these products use expensive threads such as gold threads and lame threads, so they are not only expensive, but also because the threads themselves are exposed on the surface, making them easy to break due to wear. There were problems in that the threads were conspicuous, which attracted children's interest and made them easy to play tricks on, resulting in low durability.

塗料9も接着剤7とともに浸透するものである。 Next, the manufacturing process of the nonwoven fabric 5, which is a skin material, will be explained based on FIGS. 3 and 4. To manufacture the nonwoven fabric 5, first, raw material fibers are passed through a carding machine (not shown) in a carding process A to form a web 21. Next, in the laminating process B, as shown in FIG. They are stacked so that they are shifted by a predetermined width. In the needle punching step C, the laminated web 21 is pierced with a number of hooked needles (not shown) to entangle the fibers 5a. Next, in the fixing process D, the entangled fibers 5
A is impregnated with an adhesive 7 as a backing material for improving abrasion resistance, which has been mixed with a luminescent paint 9 such as a fluorescent paint, and is fixedly formed into a felt shape to form a nonwoven fabric 5. becomes. That is, the adhesive 7 is impregnated into the intertwined fibers during the process of fixing and molding the nonwoven fabric, and is used as a binder to harden the fibers together, so it permeates throughout the entire thickness of the nonwoven fabric, and therefore, The luminescent paint 9 mixed therein also permeates together with the adhesive 7.
なお、接着剤に対する発光塗料の混入割合は、

It shall be determined as appropriate, taking into consideration the balance between the impregnating function and the luminescent function.

Since no process is required, not only can manufacturing costs be reduced, but the paint will not scatter around and will not stain the surrounding area at all.

できる。 Next, when a ceiling member covered with the above-mentioned skin material is placed in the upper part of the vehicle interior, the following effects occur. First, at night, the luminescent paint 9 in the adhesive 7 of the nonwoven fabric 5 mounted on the roof head lining 1 shines, giving the entire interior of the vehicle a bright, peaceful, and moody atmosphere. In addition, a room lamp 11, a ticket holder 13,

There is no need to cut the threads, and since the nonwoven fabric 5 is impregnated with the adhesive 7, it has excellent abrasion resistance and can be more durable than the conventional example.

As is clear from the above explanation, this idea is
The light emitting material contained in the skin material can create a bright and peaceful atmosphere inside the vehicle interior, which is a sealed space, both day and night, improving the ride comfort inside the vehicle interior. Ticket holders, etc. can be easily checked without requiring a switch operation to turn on a bulb.
Moreover, even if a child or child gets interested and touches the ceiling etc., since it is a non-woven fabric and the threads are not exposed on the surface, there will be no accidents such as thread breakage.Furthermore, there is no adhesive in the non-woven fabric. Since it is impregnated and has excellent abrasion resistance, it has the effect of improving durability compared to conventional examples.
