Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease wear of a crankshaft and a bearing by providing a bush made of composite material of molybdenum disulfide, which has self-lubricating property, on a slide surface of the bearing which forms a mechanical part of a compressor. CONSTITUTION:A refrigerant pump 21 has an electric motor part 7, which is composed of a rotor 5 and a stator 6, and a mechanical part of a compressor 8. A bush 23 made of composite material of molybdenum disulfied is provided on a slide surface 23a of a bearing 10. When a crankshaft 22 rotates and slides inside the bush 23, the surfaces of the crankshaft 22 and the bush 23 become smooth owing to the self-lubricating effect of the bush 23. So, the frictional coefficient is decreased. Thus, wear of the crankshaft 22 and the bearing 10 can be decreased.
