Abstract

PURPOSE:To do the wiring for constituting a voltage type inverter in a short time by wiring a main circuit module inclusive of a rush current control circuit and a regenerative discharge circuit. CONSTITUTION:For a main circuit module 1, a rush current control circuit 4 and a regenerative discharge circuit 5 are formed respectively, together with an inverter circuit 2 and a converter circuit 3, on one board. Thus, the main circuit module 1 is constituted by storing each circuit, arranged on the board 7, in a frame 8 such as an inverter circuit part, a converter circuit part, a rush current control circuit part, etc., and further arranging the terminal 6 of each circuit horizontally in a line. Accordingly, when constituting an inverter circuit as a power source device, the rush current control circuit 4 and a regenerative discharge circuit 5 can be connected with each other merely by connecting the terminal of each circuit with a copper bar, or the like, whereby wiring becomes simple.

する。先づ電気回路を示す第1図において、主回路モジ
ュール1は、インバータ回路2及びコンバータ回路3と
共に、突入電流抑制回路4及び回生放電回路5が一枚の
基板上にそれぞれ形成される。しかして第2図及び第3
図に示すように、主回路モジュール1は前記基板7上配
設される前記回路が、フレーム8内に、インバータ回路
部IA、コンバータ回路部2人、突入電流抑制回路3A
等として収容され、かつ各回路の端子6が横一列に配置
され構成される。従って電源装置としてインバータを構
成するについて、前記各回路の端子6を銅バー等によっ
て接続するだけで突入電流抑制回路4及び回生放電回路
5が共に接続され、接続作業は極めて簡単になり短時間
で行える。
