Abstract

CONSTITUTION:A ventilation port 3 is formed by punching many small holes 31 of suitable sizes in a ventilation port part of a side plate 1. An eave 5, welded in the upper and right/left side plates 1 of the ventilation port 3, is protruded to the front in a suitable height in a manner that rainwater of falling at an angle of 15 deg.C or less is prevented from infiltrating into a case unit from the small holes 31. By this constitution, rainwater and foreign matter are prevented from infiltrating. The small hole 31 can be easily punched by press work, and also the eave 5 is only required for welding three squared strip-shaped members to the side plate.
