開口縁に嵌込むことができる溝を有したリムを一
体に設け、更にそのリムの外周に係合縁を下方に
向かつて延設すると共に、その後部係合縁の一部
に上下方向に折り曲げ可能なヒンジ部を形成し、
かつ前記ヒンジ部を容器本体の開口の外周面に連
結すると共に、前記本体の後部開口縁もしくは封
鎖部材の後部リムの内周に容器開封時におけるヒ
ンジ蓋と容器本体との干渉をさけるための逃げ（
カツト部）を形成したことを特徴とするヒンジ蓋
つき容器。 ２ 容器本体の頂部開口の内側に断面ほぼコの字
形をした封鎖部材を密嵌し、かつ前記本体の後部
開口縁に凹欠部からなる開封用逃げを形成してい
