Generally, when using a toilet, small water or the like hits the inner wall of the toilet bowl or falls into the standing water of the toilet bowl, and the sound of use at that time is reflected and generates a fairly loud sound that reaches the outside of the toilet. For this reason, many women, especially when using the toilet, first flush the water when they enter the toilet, as a means to prevent others from noticing the sound of use. Then run water during use,
The sound of the flushing water being discharged drowns out the sound of use, and even after the use is finished, the water is flushed again to flush out the waste, so unnecessary water is used each time, resulting in a lot of wasted water. It is uneconomical.

As countermeasures for this problem, there are ones that install noise-muffling devices such as nets and sound-absorbing boards on the toilet bowl, and water-saving types that use a cassette tape of the recorded sound of flushing water to play back the sound while the toilet is in use. However, this water-saving type has onomatopoeic sounds and washing water discharge sounds.
If the toilet leaks outside, especially when the toilet is used in a condominium or an office in a quiet place, or at night, the sound of flushing water will be loud and loud, causing discomfort and temporary irritation to people in the vicinity. This is likely to occur, causing problems such as decreased work efficiency and disturbed sleep.

The side wall of the toilet main body 1 has a sandwich structure with a breathable soundproofing material 2 sandwiched between an outer wall soundproofing panel 12 and an inner wall soundproofing panel 13, and a soundproof door 14 is attached to one side of the wall. , an exhaust slit 13 is provided below the inner wall soundproof panel 13 on the other side.
A is drilled. The soundproofing material 2 is made of rubber, synthetic resin, or other soft material and is bent into a substantially corrugated shape as shown in Fig. 3, and is used so that the substantially corrugated space communicates vertically and is attached to the ceiling. It forms an exhaust route. This exhaust path starts from the exhaust slit 13a bored below the inner wall soundproof panel 13, passes through the soundproofing material 2, and goes through the exhaust port 6 of the ventilation device 6, which will be described later.
b, making it possible to exhaust air to the outside. Further, when the soundproof door 14 is closed, it has airtightness with a rubber gasket (not shown) or the like, and is formed, for example, like a refrigerator door.

Further, the ceiling of the toilet main body 1 consists of an outer ceiling soundproof panel 15 and an inner ceiling soundproof panel 16 fixed to the inner wall soundproof panel 13 below the outer ceiling soundproof panel 15, and the outer ceiling soundproof panel 15 The space between the inner ceiling soundproof panel 16 and the outer wall soundproof panel 12 and the inner wall soundproof panel 1
It communicates with the gap between 3 and 3. Therefore, the interior of the toilet main body 1 includes the floorboard 11a and the inner wall soundproof panel 13.
The soundproof door 14 and the inner ceiling soundproof panel 16 form a sealed structure. 3 is a toilet bowl,
4 is a tank. 5 is a lighting device such as an electric light. Reference numeral 6 denotes a ventilation device installed in the space between the outer ceiling soundproof panel 15 and the inner ceiling soundproof panel 16, and the ventilation device 6 has at least an air outlet 6a and an exhaust port 6b. protrudes inward from the inner ceiling soundproof panel 16. 7 is a soundproof pipe consisting of a plurality of pipes, and the soundproof pipe 7 includes a soundproof pipe 71 for drainage connected to the toilet bowl 3, a soundproof pipe 72 for water supply connected to the tank 4, and a soundproof pipe 72 connected to the ventilation system 6. Exhaust soundproof pipe 7
3 and an intake soundproof pipe 74, each of which has a soundproof/vibration proof sleeve 8 attached to its outer periphery to absorb its own vibration and the sound of water flowing out. This reduces the amount of sound leaking and improves the silencing effect. In addition, in order to form a sealed structure inside the toilet body 1, a rubber gasket of the soundproof door 14 and a soundproof/vibration proof sleeve 8 are used.
In addition, a sealing material (not shown) or the like is used at each connection location. Reference numeral 9 denotes a vibration-proofing rubber, which is used to slightly raise the entire soundproof toilet unit of the present invention when it is installed on the floor of a building, thereby preventing vibrations.

Next, to explain the operation of the present invention, first, when a user enters the toilet body 1 by opening and closing the soundproof door 14 and uses the toilet bowl 3, the small water hits the inner wall of the toilet bowl 3 or flows into the pool of the toilet bowl 3. When the toilet is dropped, it makes a sound, which echoes inside the toilet bowl 3 and propagates inside the toilet main body 1. However, since the inside of the front toilet main body 1 has a sealed structure, the sound hardly leaks to the outside. Next, when flushing water is discharged after using the toilet, the water hits the inner wall of the toilet bowl 3 and makes a sound, and the water is discharged from the soundproof pipe 71 to the outside of the toilet body 1. However, most of the impact energy of the toilet bowl 3 that occurs at this time is absorbed by the floating floor-like soundproof/vibration-proof floor unit 11, and the vibrations generated from the soundproof pipe 71 for drainage are absorbed by the floating floor-shaped soundproof/vibration-proof floor unit 11. The soundproofing and vibrationproofing sleeve 8 absorbs most of the water energy during discharge before it is released to the outside, and the sound generated by the impact is also absorbed by the soundproofing and vibrationproofing materials used at each location. The sound is muted.

In addition, the ventilation of the toilet body 1 whose interior is sealed is as follows:
Air enters the interior of the toilet body 1 from the outside through the air outlet 6a, exits through the exhaust slit 13a drilled below the inner wall soundproof panel 13, and passes through the space of the soundproof material 2 held between the side walls. Then, the air is sucked into the exhaust port 6b of the ventilation device 6 installed on the ceiling and exhausted to the outside through the soundproof exhaust pipe 73.

In this way, the present invention has the following features: the interior of the toilet body 1 is formed in a sealed structure, the vibration isolating material 2, the vibration isolating rubber 11
d. By making it possible to absorb vibrations generated from inside the toilet main body 1 with the anti-vibration rubber 8, etc., there is no possibility that the sound of the user during errands will leak to the outside of the toilet main body 1.
As a result, there is no longer a need to run washing water to drown out the sound during errands, and there is no need to use extra water or devices to produce onomatopoeic sounds, and there is no need to operate them each time. It has become very easy to use. Furthermore, the sound of flushing water after use hardly leaks to the outside, so there is no risk of toilet noise being generated in the surrounding area even in quiet places or at night, so you can use it without hesitation. Therefore, by installing the soundproof toilet unit of this invention especially in restaurants and restaurants where customer service is required so that customers can enjoy food in a quiet environment, it is possible to maintain an optimal environment and provide customer service. It became.
In addition, since the toilet body 1 is sealed, even if the surrounding environment is noisy, when you enter the toilet, noise from the outside is blocked and it is quiet, so you can use the toilet calmly, relieve psychological tension, and improve your health. This makes it more desirable.
