るミラーホルダー2よりなる自動車用ミラーユニ
ツトにおいて、 上記ミラーホルダー2は、ミラー本体1の背面
を覆うベースプレート3と、該ベースプレート3
が嵌合する周壁4と該周壁4の前端からミラーの
中心部へ向かつて伸びるミラー保持部5とからな
る保持リング6とで構成され、 上記ベースプレート3の周辺位置には、常態に
おいて該ベースプレート3の外周面よりも径方向
外方にその外周端部10が位置する一方ホルダー
ベース3の径方向外方から内方へ向かう外力によ
り外周端部10が上記ベースプレート3の外周面
に略揃う位置にまで移動すべく構成されたばね部
材8が設けられるとともに、上記保持リング周壁
