ムスポンジ等の円筒状弾性体と、上記円筒状弾性体の上
端部内周側に挿着される円環状のスチールベルトと、上
記スチールベルトの内周面の複数箇所に上端部が取付け
られ、下端部が張付けバンドの下部を支持する支持部を
有する張付けバンド支持金具と、上記張付けバンド支持
金具のフックに支持され、内、外周側の重ね合わせ部端
部間に設けたスプリングおよびハンドルの、ハンドルを
