孔の奥端部には夫々裏面側から所定深さ拡径形成
した拡大孔を備えてなる回転円盤と、該回転円盤
の裏面側に着脱自在に装着されて前記各拡大孔を
開閉し得る蓋板とを具備してなり、前記回転円盤
の各植込孔に植設するブラシ材を前記各拡大孔に
裏面側から加圧充填する接着剤により、抜止状に
固着保持させ得るようにしてなることを特徴とす
