(Prior Art) Conventionally, a bubble ejector for mixing air into water discharged from a circulation pump and ejecting bubble water into a bathtub has been used as shown in a side cross-sectional view in Fig. 3 and a front view in Fig. 4. The water discharged from the circulation pump flows into the inlet 51.
The water flows into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 54 from the tapered water passage hole 53 of the water jetting nozzle 52, and the negative pressure phenomenon generated in the gas-liquid mixing chamber 54 at the time of this jetting causes Air intake pipe 55
The external air taken in from the air intake port 56 is sucked into the gas-liquid mixing chamber 54 and mixed with the jet water jetted from the water jet nozzle 52 to generate bubbly water. The bubble water is spouted into the bathtub from a bubbly water spout nozzle 58 attached to the chamber 57.

The bubble water spouting nozzle 58 is installed in the nozzle mounting chamber 57.
It is supported by the coil spring 59 that is elastically applied to the bathtub and the inner diameter surface of the cylindrical shaft 61 of the cover 60 that is inserted from inside the bathtub. The support surface is formed in a spherical shape, so that the bubbly water jets out. The nozzle 58 is configured so that it can be rotated arbitrarily by pinching a collar 62 formed at the tip. In other words, the direction in which the bubble water is ejected from the bubble water injection nozzle 58 can be changed arbitrarily.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) According to the above-mentioned conventional bubble jet device for a bubble bath, the direction in which the bubble water is jetted into the bathtub from the bubble water jet nozzle 58 can be arbitrarily changed. However, since the spherical outer peripheral surface of the bubbly water spouting nozzle 58 is supported by the coil spring 59 and the inner diameter surface of the cylindrical shaft 61 of the cover 60, the bubbly water spouting direction is set at the center of the bubbly water spouting nozzle 58. Even if the nozzle 58 is set to be tilted from the axial direction, the bubbly water jetting force causes the bubbly water jetting nozzle 58 to gradually rotate its bubbly water spouting direction in the centripetal direction, that is, in the direction in which the bubbly water is spouted straight. However, there was a problem in that it was extremely difficult to always maintain the ejecting direction of bubble water in a constant direction.

The water passage hole of the bubbly water jetting nozzle is formed in a penetrating shape with a slight angle to the axis to correspond to the slope of the inner wall surface of the bathtub, so the bubbly water jetting nozzle can be inserted into the nozzle installation chamber. Afterwards, the direction of the water passage hole can be arbitrarily set so that the bubble water is spouted in the desired direction of the bathtub. Furthermore, a fixing member is inserted from the outside into the groove formed in the bubbly water spouting nozzle to prevent the bubbly water spouting nozzle from coming off. Since the water passage hole of the bubbly water jetting nozzle is formed at an inclined angle, the bubbly water is always spouted in the set direction without rotating in the axial direction.

In addition, a concave space is integrally formed on the outer periphery of the nozzle installation chamber, and when the bubble ejector is attached to the wall of the bathtub, this concave space opens to the inside of the bathtub, and the hot water in the bathtub is poured into this concave space. Moreover, since the concave space is connected to an outlet to which a return pipe to the circulation pump can be connected, hot water in the bathtub can be sucked into the concave space and returned to the circulation pump through the outlet. be able to. Moreover, since these functional parts of the foam ejector are integrated, if one mounting hole is provided on the wall of the bathtub, the foam ejector can be easily installed in this mounting hole, making it easy to install. In this state, the functional members for ejecting bubbles into the bathtub are installed all at once, and the construction is extremely simple, and there is no difficulty in constructing the pipes as in the past.

(Effects of the invention) The present invention has an inlet for letting water discharged from the circulation pump flow in, and a hole that is installed coaxially with the inlet and allows the water discharged from the inlet to be ejected. A water jet nozzle formed in an axially penetrating shape and a tapered shape, a nozzle mounting hole for installing the water jet nozzle coaxially with the inlet, and an air suction pipe for sucking air from the outside. an air inlet to which is connected, and a gas-liquid mixing chamber coaxially connected to the nozzle mounting hole to mix the air and the jetted water jetted from the water spouting nozzle to generate bubbly water. and a bubbly water spouting nozzle in which a water passage hole for passing the bubbly water is formed in a penetrating shape with an inclined angle and a ring-shaped groove is formed on the outer peripheral surface, and a bubbly water jetting nozzle that is coaxial with the gas-liquid mixing chamber. to allow the bubbly water jetting nozzle to be rotatably inserted from the outside and to prevent the bubbly water jetting nozzle from being removed from the groove formed on the outer peripheral surface of the bubbly water jetting nozzle. A nozzle mounting chamber in which a small hole is formed for passing a fixing member inserted from the outside, and a donut-shaped integrally formed outer periphery concentrically with the nozzle mounting chamber, through which hot water in the bathtub can be injected. This is a bubble jet device for a bubble bath that is attached to the wall of a bathtub and is integrally equipped with a concave space and an outlet that communicates with the concave space and can be connected to a pipe for returning the hot water to the circulation pump. Only one mounting hole is required, and it can be installed compactly on the bathtub wall.
The workability is extremely good, and the piping connection can be easily completed by connecting to the existing circulation route equipped with a circulation pump, and there is no need to separately form a suction hole in the bathroom wall like in the past. This has the effect that the bathtub itself can be easily molded, and the angle of the bubbly water jet nozzle can be changed as necessary to freely jet the bubbly water in the desired direction.
