Claims (1)
移送する包装装置において、トレー充填ステーションA
Tを設置し、該ステーションに前記包装袋の袋口に対応
するトレー充填部(II)を設置し、該充填部を順次に対
応間隔を狭めた一対のトレーガイドと該トレーガイドに
接続すると共に先端の袋口への挿入後退を可能にする移
動可能な一対の先ガイド及び前記一対のトレーガイドの
間に設けて始端を低くし順次に上方へ傾斜して両側縁を
トレーガイドと先端ガイドにより水平に誘導されるトレ
ーaを屋根形に反らせるトレー変形棒と、該トレー変形
棒の両側で後端の送り片33によりトレーaを先行トレ
ー位置a_1まで送り、先端の送り片34により先行ト
レー位置a_1のトレーaを袋イに充填する作動の往復
移動をするトレー送り杆32とにより構成したことを特
徴とする包装袋へのトレー自動充填装置。In a packaging device that intermittently transfers a packaging bag by gripping the vertical edges of each bag with a large number of pairs of bag grips, a tray filling station A is used.
