動タイマーと、演算部材と、制御部材とを備えて
いる。 積算タイマーは、電極の通電時間を積算して
記憶する。 演算手段は、積算タイマーの積算時間に、予
め定められた係数を掛けて洗浄時間を演算する。 スタート起動タイマーと、演算手段からの出
力信号で、制御部材は、電極に洗浄電圧を印加す
