Description
【考案の詳細な説明】
本考案は、無目内に内蔵する自動ドア駆動機構
の設定装置に係り、それぞれに寸法を異にした無
目内に自動ドア駆動機構を有効にセツトし所定の
自動ドア駆動操作を円滑に行わしめることのでき
る新規な設定装置を提供しようとするものであ

自動ドアを駆動するための機構を無目に内蔵さ
せることについては従来から実施されている。即
ち建築物構造材としての無目自体に自動ドアを駆
動するための各機構が内蔵してセツトされるもの
であるから体裁のよい自動ドア駆動機構の設定が
得られるメリツトがある。然して上記のように無
目に自動ドア駆動機構を内蔵させる場合における
無目としては勿論アルミニウム系型材であつて木
材などによる無目に内蔵させることは困難である
が、前記のようなアルミニウム無目としては各ア
ルミニウム材製造メーカによつてそれなりに寸法
(特に内法寸法)が異つており、このように寸法
を異にした各メーカの無目に対して前記の自動ド
ア駆動機構を収容設定するためには該自動ドア駆
動機構自体をそれら各メーカの無目における内法
寸法の最少寸法又はそれ以下とすることが必要で
あり、斯うして最少内法寸法に即応させ或いはそ
れ以下とされたものは大多数ないし全部の無目に
対して安定た設定関係を形成することができな
い。即ち自動ドア駆動機構を形成するためのベー
ス部体ないし各部体の位置設定が安定に得られ
ず、故障や摩耗その他のクレームの多いこととな
らざるを得ず、勿論各メーカの無目毎に自動ドア
駆動機構を設計製作すればよいとしてもそれでは
相当に高価な自動ドア駆動機構を頗る多様に製作
準備すべきこととなつて、その製作費および管理
コストを甚だしく大きいものとせざるを得ない。 It has been practiced in the past to incorporate a mechanism for driving an automatic door into an automatic door. 本考案は上記したような実情に鑑み検討を重ね
て創案されたものであつて、その実施態様を添附
図面に示すものにいつて説明すると、第1図に示
すような無目10内に自動ドア駆動機構を設定す
るために本考案においては断面L形をなしていて
上記無目10内に有効に収容してセツトし得るよ
うにされたベース部体1は適宜にL形としてその
下辺部にドア(図示せず)の上辺に対して取付け
られる懸吊ローラ12を走行させるレール部11
が形成されているとしても上記したような各メー
カによる無目内法寸法の最低又はそれ以下とされ
た上下方向の幅員と左右方向の長さを有するもの
であるが、このようなベース部体1はその内面に
断面T形をなしたボルト4の頭部装嵌溝2,2…
…を多段に横設しており、このようなボルト頭部
装嵌溝2,2……の何れかを選んで無目10の幅
方向(図示上下方向)に即応させてそのセツト位
置を調整し得る如く長孔3bを第2図に示すよう
に配設した幅調整設定部材3が少くとも1個、好
ましくは2個以上無目10とベース部体1の間に
配装され、しかも上記のようなベース部体1の両
端部には上記のような頭部装嵌溝2,2……の何
れかを選んで同じくボルト4とナツト5により長
孔7bで長さを調整固定される長さ調整設定部材
7を無目10とベース部体1との間に取付けたも
のであつて、上記したようなボルト頭部装嵌溝
2,2……は角形頭部をもつたボルト4の頭部を
その平行面が溝壁に接合してボルト4の回動を阻
止する如く装嵌し、斯様なボルト4の螺条に対し
てナツト5を螺合締着することにより各調整設定
部材3,7がベース部体1に対して固定されるよ
うに成つている。又前記したような各ボルト頭部
装嵌溝2,2……は自動ドア駆動機構部体として
例えばモータ、プーリその他の各機構を取りつけ
る設定部材8をも取付けるためのものであること

付けることにより、どのような無目に対してもそ
れら設定部材3,4を適切に調整設定することを
可能となし、有効且つ安定した自動ドア駆動機構
の取付けを図るものであつて、単一のベース部体
1がこのようにして汎用し得るので製作管理を容
易にし、しかもその調整設定に必要な部材として
は小型な前記設定部材3,7で足り、前記したボ
ルト頭部装嵌溝2,2は駆動部材取付けのための
ものをそのまま利用し得るなどの作用効果を有し
