Therefore, conventionally, roof tiles and the like have been provided with a water return at the butt part or insertion part to prevent water from flowing back. In addition, there is a tendency in recent years for roofs with a gentle slope to be preferred from an aesthetic point of view, but in this case, rainwater is particularly likely to flow back, so to further strengthen waterproofing performance, two or three rows of backwaters are recommended. By installing this, it was intended to prevent backflow of rainwater, etc.

(c) Problems that the invention aims to solve However, in practice, even with various improved water return systems, it is difficult to say that backwater prevention is perfect, and roofs with gentle slopes in particular often experience rain leaks. There was a drawback that this occurred. In other words, since the roof tiles are stacked on top of each other, the height of the water return is naturally limited, and it is only possible to provide a water return with a height of about 5 mm at most. In addition, when snow-stopping tiles are used in snowy areas, the snow that is stopped is unevenly distributed on the roof, so the weight of the snow may be concentrated in one area and damage the tiles, resulting in unbalanced loads. This resulted in damage to the roof. Furthermore, regarding the workability of roof tiles, tiles coated with glaze and fired are extremely slippery and dangerous.

In view of these points, the present inventor focused on the fact that the biggest cause of backwater is that rainwater concentrates in the valleys, which are the deepest parts of tiles, and gets caught up in the back side of the tiles. He developed a roof tile that could avoid backwater by directing the concentrated water flow to the left and right. This tile has protrusions in the troughs on the surface of the main body that have a V-shaped wall surface in plan view, and is configured to distribute the water flow to the left and right without concentrating it on one part.
Furthermore, there is an advantage that the protrusions serve as footholds during roofing installation to prevent workers from slipping down. In addition, in areas with heavy snowfall, each roof tile has a function as a snow stopper, and the roof as a whole has various excellent effects.

However, although this tile is perfect in terms of preventing backwater, there is a problem in that when there is a large amount of snowfall, simply providing protrusions is not very effective in stopping snow.

(d) Means to solve the problem As a result of intensive research, the inventor of the present invention has created a method in which protrusions are provided in the troughs on the surface of the main body of tiles that have crosspieces, and protrusions are also provided on the ridges of the crosspieces. This led to the development of a roof tile.

In other words, the tile according to the present invention is provided with protrusions and protrusions on the surface of the main body, which completely prevents backwater and also prevents cracking by using the protrusions provided on the crosspiece as a foothold. This ensures the safety of workers without causing accidents. In addition, by providing the protrusions and protrusions, it is possible to stop snow on the entire surface of each individual tile, and unlike traditional snow-stopping tiles that are installed on a part of the roof, snow can be stopped on the entire roof. Since the roof is installed on the ground, it has the advantage of being extremely effective at stopping snow. Because of this, the weight of accumulated snow is distributed over the entire roof, which reduces the chance of tile damage even in cases of heavy snow, and because individual tiles do not require much strength, they can be made thinner. This makes it possible to create lightweight roof tiles that can significantly reduce the roof load. Since the snow stays flat on the surface of the tiles, even a small amount of snow can be stopped reliably, and it also has the effect of faster melting because the snow does not accumulate in one area and is spread out evenly over the entire roof. It is something.

FIG. 1 shows a roof tile 1 showing an embodiment of the present invention, with a protrusion 2 in a valley 10 curved downward on the head surface of the main body 5, and a crosspiece curved downward in the main body 5. The nine-strip portion 2 and the protrusion 8 form a planar inclined surface on the head side and a wall surface on the bottom side. The projecting portion 8 is formed to protrude in a weir-like manner from the center of the ridgeline of the crosspiece portion 9 .

Furthermore, the protrusion 8 is located at a position where it does not come into contact with other tiles when overlapping, that is, in this embodiment, it is provided at approximately the midpoint of the length of the tile. Therefore,
Since each of these functions as a snow stop, unlike the conventional snow stop that is only provided on the crosspiece 9 or the valley 10, the snow stop is provided over almost the entire tile 1. Eventually, the snow will stop. In addition, this protrusion 2 can distribute the water flow concentrated at the deepest part of the main body 5 to the left and right during snow melting or rain, and serves to prevent water from being drawn in from the tip of the head 6 at the deepest part, that is, backwater. There is.

What is shown in FIG. 2 is a longitudinal sectional view of what is shown in FIG. This is because when there is a notch on the back of the head of the main body 5, that is, when there is a recess 4 for hanging the next tile 1 at the bottom of the tile 1 to be used as a tile without crosspieces, this protrusion The provision of the portion 2 has the effect of increasing the strength of this portion.

In this way, the protrusion 2 has the function of stopping snow, disperses the flow of rainwater, prevents rainwater from being drawn in from the tip of the head 6, and has various advantages such as increasing the strength of the main body 5 itself. It has a positive effect.

(g) Effects of the invention As described above, the tile according to the invention is a tile that has a crosspiece and a downwardly curved valley, and the deepest part of the valley is located in the valley on the surface of the main body. A weir-like protrusion is provided with the head side as the center forming a planar inclined surface and the buttock side forming a wall surface, and the protrusion has a V-shaped groove that widens downward. established,
In addition, when the ridgeline part of the crosspiece overlaps with other tiles, the head side is formed into a flat inclined surface at a position where it does not come into contact with other tiles, and
A weir-like protrusion is provided with the bottom side forming the wall surface, and a recessed portion for hooking a water return provided at the bottom of another tile is provided at a position corresponding to the protrusion on the back of the main body. By providing protrusions and protrusions in the valleys and crosspieces of the surface where snow tends to accumulate, each tile can reliably stop even a small amount of snow. Snow melts faster because it does not clump together and stays evenly over the entire roof.

In addition, this tile may be used in conjunction with a conventional ring-shaped snow stopper tile, etc. In this case, the snow stopper becomes more reliable and the load applied to the ring-type snow stopper is dispersed, so the ring-type snow stopper is used. is less likely to be damaged.

In particular, the V-shaped grooves provided in the protrusions ensure that the rainwater flowing down from both sides of the protrusions (left and right directions of the main body) is directed horizontally by the rainwater flowing down inside the grooves. It guides melted snow and rainwater that concentrates in the deepest part of the main body valley to the left and right, and prevents rainwater from getting caught in the overlapping part that flows down from the head side tip, and the protrusions strengthen the main body itself. Therefore, it is possible to prevent damage caused by rain leaks caused by water sprinkling for snow melting, especially in areas with heavy snowfall.

In addition, by making the head side of these protrusions and protrusions sloped, the above-mentioned functions are not sacrificed, and after the roof is installed, it is hardly noticeable from below and does not interfere with the aesthetic appearance. In addition, by using the protrusion as a foothold, construction safety can be ensured by preventing workers from falling off.In particular, by providing the protrusion on the crosspiece, if this is used as a foothold, It has the extremely beneficial effect that there is no risk of the tile breaking, and furthermore, by providing a recess on the back side of the protruding part of the main body so that the wall thickness of the main body is almost the same, it is possible to prevent the tiles from drying out (moisture loss is delayed). and during firing (distortion due to thermal expansion)
It is possible to prevent defects such as cracks caused by
