【考案の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
この考案は、ヘツドレストの表皮構造に関する

(従来技術)
従来のヘツドレスト表皮は、たとえば、ローテ
ーシヨンまたは、ブロー成形等の加工方法あるい
は、一般的な縫製によつて製作する方法がある。
しかしながら、この種、従来のまず前者の表皮成
形法は、シート本体側との色合わせが困難また、
表皮厚さが一定しなく不良率が高い等の問題点が
あつた。後者の場合、第1図に示すようにデザイ
ン上複雑なヘツドレスト10では、表皮11を多
数に分けて裁断し縫製しなければならない。よつ
て裁断型そして縫製工数が多くかかりコストアツ
プにつながる上、外観的にも見栄えが悪いという

そこでこの考案は、裁断点数と縫製工数を低減
させるとともに、外観的にもすぐれ品質の安定し
たヘツドレストの表皮構造を提供することを目的

(考案の構成)
この考案のヘツドレストの表皮構造は、ヘツド
レストパツド周方向の略中央位置を分割面の基線
として、2枚の表皮材を、予め前記ヘツドレスト
パツドの基線より前面及び後面形状と同形状に成
形し、この両者分割面の上部及び側部は縫製結合
され、下部にはフアスナーを取付けて成るもので

(実施例)

略)の上方位置に支持する一対のポール2を備え
ている。該ポールの上方にヘツドレストフレーム
3が溶接等で固着されているが、これはヘツドレ

ことにより、前面表皮材5と後面表皮材6を得る
ことができる。これら前面表皮材は、それぞれ縫
代を確保しなければならないことはいうまでもな
い。次いで、それぞれ前後面表皮材5,6の耳部
を切断し、分割面を合わせ、上部及び側部を縫製
することによつて結合し、下部にはフアスナー7
を取付けて袋状を形成し、該袋状をヘツドレスト
パツドに被覆した後、前記下部のフアスナー7を
結合したものである。ここで、下部のフアスナー
による結合方法に限らずたとえば、熱溶着等によ

断点数と縫製工数が低減し、よつて安価に製造す
ることができるとともに多種多様のデザイン形状
に対応が可能であり、品質のすぐれた表皮構造を
