Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration in insulating performance and ensure safety by providing a cover covering a high voltage generating circuit in the lower part from the center of a propeller fan in an air guide, a bank flange on the end surface of the cover, and a space between the inlet side end surface of the propeller fan on the bottom surface of the air guide and the air hole on the back surface of a body case. CONSTITUTION:A high frequency heating device is formed of a body case 1, an oven 2, a high frequency oscillator 3, a high voltage generating circuit 4, a fan motor 5, a propeller fan 6, and an air guide 7. The water entered into the inner part from air holes 1a provided in the body case 1 is passed through a space 7b provided between the air guide 7 and the air hole 1a and exhausted through the exhaust holes 1b to the outside of the body case 1. Even if the water entered from the air holes 1a is scattered, the drop to the high voltage generating circuit 4 can be prevented by a cover 7a provided in the air guide 7. A bank flange 7c is also formed on the end surface of the cover 7a, and water can never clear this flange. Hence, deterioration of insulating performance can be prevented, and safety can be ensured.

2. Description of the Related Art As shown in FIG. 2, a conventional high-frequency heating device has a configuration in which a fan motor 5 is located in a space surrounded by a box-shaped air guide 7 that separates the suction side and the blowout side of a propeller fan 6.
The air guide 7 has a blowout opening 9 that guides cooling air to the high-frequency oscillator 3 located in the leeward direction of the propeller fan 6.
An opening 10 is provided to guide cooling air into the high pressure generation circuit 4 located diagonally below the leeward side. Air is guided to the high frequency oscillator 3 and the high pressure generating circuit 4, which are separated from each other, to effectively cool them.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention Currently, microwave ovens and the like are becoming smaller, and the air intake hole 1a and exhaust hole 1b of the main body case l and the high frequency oscillator 3 are becoming smaller.
and the high voltage generation circuit 4 is shortened.

This will be explained below with reference to FIGS. 2 and 3. In the conventional configuration as shown in Fig. 2, if water accidentally spills from the tip 8, the water flows along the main body case l and enters the interior through the intake hole 1a, and the intruded water adheres to the intake hole 1a. The accumulated water accumulated at the bottom of the air guide 7 installed in the air guide 7 and dripped into the high pressure generation circuit 4 through the opening 10 provided in the air guide 7, which deteriorated the insulation performance and caused problems in terms of safety. .

Therefore, a countermeasure as shown in Figure 3 was devised. That is,
A rain gutter-like guide 11 is provided above the air intake hole 1a provided in the main body case l to prevent spilled water from flowing into the air intake hole 1a.

However, even this configuration was not sufficient, and if the amount of water was large and the force was strong, it would climb over the guide 11 and enter the interior through the intake hole 1a. In addition, there were many wasteful aspects such as the work to attach the guide 11 and the increase in the number of parts.

Function The high-frequency heating device of the present invention allows water that enters the interior through the intake hole to drain out of the main body case through the space provided between the intake hole and the bottom end surface of the air guide, and also drains the water from the intake hole. A cover that covers the high pressure generation circuit and a bank-like flange provided on one end surface of the cover prevent splashed water from dripping into the high pressure generation circuit.
