外面側が軟質合成樹脂製の薄膜帯材5によつて囲
繞されて管の軸線方向への移動が制限されており
、中間接続壁部分2bが放射方向に重合した状態
で、該補強用硬質線材3上に前記被覆通電線2が
配設され、前記外層4が該被覆通電線2と前記内
層1とに対して相対移動しない状態に接着形成さ
