BACKGROUND TECHNOLOGY AND PROBLEMS General rack devices of this type are known, for example, as seen in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 54-34912 and Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-62935. As shown in FIG. 10, these rack devices have a pair of left and right front supports 32, 32 erected on the outer surface of the front end of a rectangular base frame 31 to allow insertion of a fork of a forklift. A pair of left and right rear struts 33, 33 are erected on the rear side of the base frame 31, with the interval within the outer surface being smaller than the interval between the front struts,
The rear horizontal bar 34 is fixed by passing it over the upper end of this rear column, and it is also passed between both ends of the rear horizontal bar 34 and the inwardly bent parts 32a, 32a of the upper ends of the front columns 32, 32, The upper rail member 3 is placed directly above the lower rail members 36, 36 on both sides of the base frame 31.
5,35 are fixed to each other. In this type of rack device, the upper and lower rail members 35 and 36, each having an inverted V-shaped cross section, are adapted to each other and can be stacked vertically in multiple stages. Therefore, pallets can be placed on each base frame. In addition to being able to stack them in multiple tiers, when not in use, the rack devices themselves can be stacked one after another in a nested manner, making them convenient for transportation and storage. .

However, since the top side of this type of rack device is open, it is impossible to place a cargo loading pallet on top of the top rack device. In addition, it is necessary to prepare a base frame member 37 without a support that fits on the uppermost rack device. Therefore, in order to stack pallets in three stages, for example, three members, two rack devices and one base frame member 37, are required, which makes it somewhat difficult to construct a multi-stage, multi-row storage shelf. However, the disadvantage was that the cost was high.

To solve this problem, the base frame member 3
As a type of rack device that can omit the use of 7, a rack device as shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Laid-Open No. 58-62937 has recently been proposed. As shown in FIG. 11, this rack device is, so to speak, the rack device shown in FIG. 10 upside down, with the bottom side open and the base frame 31 disposed on the top side. It is. Therefore, in FIG. 11, the reference numerals in FIG. 10 are used, and corresponding parts are indicated by the same reference numerals.

The rack device as shown in FIG.
The lowest pallet is placed directly on the floor, and the second pallet is placed on a base frame 31 located above the first rack. Therefore, for stacking, for example, three load pallets, it is sufficient to use two rack devices, which is further advantageous in terms of equipment costs.

However, in the rack device shown in FIG. 11, the width of the front support 32 is wider than the width of the base frame 31, which is the same with the rack device shown in FIG. ,3
2 is made to protrude outward. Therefore, when a plurality of rack devices are arranged side by side from side to side, as shown in FIG. rail member 36,
36 and between the base frames 31, 31, as shown in FIG. 12, there is a gap that is equal to or more than twice the width of the front strut. For this reason,
When rack devices stacked vertically in multiple tiers are arranged side by side, sufficient restraint force does not work between adjacent rack device rows, and the rack rows tend to wobble easily, especially in the event of an earthquake. There was a great risk of collapse. In addition, the floor area corresponding to the above-mentioned spacing was essentially wasted, which was disadvantageous in terms of effective use of the floor area.

Furthermore, especially in the rack device shown in FIG. 11, both the upper rail member 35 and the lower rail member 36, which enable stacking, are constructed of angle materials, and their entire length is Since the upper and lower rack devices can be combined by fitting them together, both edge portions of the lower rail member 36, which is open on the lower surface side, come into contact with the floor when in use. For this reason, especially when the floor surface is asphalt, when a large load is applied, there is a large risk that the lower rail member 36 will dig into the floor surface, causing damage to the floor surface. In addition, when stacking the rack devices, if the upper and lower rail members 35 and 36 do not match over their entire length, they cannot be properly fitted together, making the stacking operation somewhat troublesome. It was hot.

Purpose of the invention Based on the above-mentioned conventional technology, this invention not only improves the stability when stacking in multiple stages and rows, but also is more advantageous in terms of effective use of floor space. Moreover, there is no risk of the phenomenon of digging into the floor surface as described above.
The object is to provide a rack device that can be easily stacked.

Means for Solving the Problems This invention is a further improvement of the rack device of the type shown in FIG. In order to match the surface positions of the outer surfaces of the struts and the outer surfaces of the lower frame body, the actual effective internal dimension of the rack device has been expanded, and secondly, the upper and lower ends of the front struts have been expanded. The main feature is that stable stacking can be performed by providing a stacking positioning member with a partial fitting structure to the front end of the frame.

Effects of the invention As mentioned above, the rack device according to this invention can stack a predetermined number of pallets using one rack device less than the number of pallets to be stacked in multiple stages. It is advantageous in terms of equipment cost. Of course, when not in use, many pieces can be stacked compactly in a nested manner as shown in FIG. 9, similar to conventional products, which is convenient for transportation and storage. This nested stacking is such that the distance W2 between the outer surfaces of the rear struts 6, 6 is the same as the distance W1 between the inner surfaces of the front struts 5, 5 and the minimum distance W between the inner surfaces of the lower frame body 1.
4, and the width W of the upper frame board 7
3 is smaller than the distance W1 between the front struts 5, 5.

In addition, with respect to the front struts 5, 5, members on both left and right sides of the lower frame body 1 extending rearward from the rear surface side, that is, the depth member 2 and the leg members 3, both have their outer surfaces connected to the front struts 5, 5. It is flush with the outer surface of the Therefore, when rack devices are stacked in multiple stages and are further arranged side by side, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8,
Not only the front struts 5 and 5 but also both outer surfaces of the lower frame body 1 are brought into close contact with each other. For this reason,
Adjacent rows of rack devices stacked in multiple stages cooperate with each other to stably support each other, resulting in very good stability of each row of racks in the stacked state. Therefore, each row of racks does not undergo lateral sway, making it possible to construct a stable prefabricated storage shelf structure, as well as providing excellent safety against earthquakes. Furthermore, since the left and right sides of the lower frame body 1 are not positioned inwardly with respect to the front columns 5, 5, a large effective area for placing pallets can be secured inside the rack device. I can do it. That is, unlike the conventional product explained with reference to FIG. 12, no dead space is created on the floor surface due to the spacing. Therefore, the floor space can be used more effectively and efficiently.

Furthermore, although the leg member 3 on the lower surface side of the lower frame body 1 is made of an angle material with an open lower surface, a closing plate 13 is attached to the lower surface of the open side, increasing the floor contact area. Therefore, even when a large load is applied to the rack device, the leg members 3 do not dig into the floor surface, and the rack device can be used safely even on an asphalt floor surface without fear of damaging the floor surface. Furthermore, when stacking rack devices, if the upper rack device is placed with the fitting recess 9 of the front end of the leg member 3 partially aligned with the fitting protrusion 10 of the lower rack device, the upper and lower rack devices can be stacked. As a result, it is not necessary to strictly determine the parallelism of both rack devices in the depth direction from the beginning when stacking them, and the fitting recess 9 is longer than the fitting protrusion 10, and there is a slight deviation in the front and rear direction. The two can be fitted together without any problem even when the upper and lower racks are in contact with each other, and furthermore, by abutting the rear horizontal beam 4 of the upper rack device against the stopper 14, the longitudinal positioning of both the upper and lower rack devices can be easily and accurately performed. Furthermore, the lower surface of the leg member 3 is connected to the closing plate 1.
3 is a flat surface, and can be easily slid on the upper frame plate 7. In combination with the above-mentioned factors, the rack device can be easily stacked in a tiered manner.
