Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify the boarding of a ceiling by installing a receiving bar of H-shaped cross section on an outside edge receiver, and disposing the end face of the receiving piece of the receiving bar and the end face of the mounting piece of a ceiling board while adjusting both end faces to each other, and also fastening the receiving piece and the mounting piece together using clips so as to connect the pieces together. 要となって改装コストが高くなるという問題があった。 本発明は上記の点に鑑みて為されたものであり、板針縁
のような下地部材を用いる必要なく天井板の取り付けを
容易におこなうことができ、しかも天井板を簡単に取り
外して天井板の取り替えを容易におこなうことができる

以下本発明を実施例によって詳述する。 第1図は本発明の一実施例を示すものであり、小屋梁等
から吊り下げられた吊り木11の下端に野縁受け12が
釘やビスなどの固着具14によって取り付けてあり、野
縁受け12には吊り金具13が固着具14によって取り

よって、受けバー1を天井において水平に配設するよう

2として形成しである。また、天井板3にはその一方の
側端面の上端部に全長に亘って取付片4が側方へ突出し
て形成してあり、取付片4の下側には嵌合凹溝17が全
長に亘って凹設しである。天井板3の他方の91114
面にはその上端部に凹段部18が全長に亘って形成して
あり、四段部18の下側には嵌合突条19が全長に亘っ
て突設しである。さらに、クリップ5はバネ鋼材で断面
略コ字型に形成されるものであり、クリップ5の各側片

並べて取り付けることができるものであり、天井板3,
3a・・・の取り替えはクリ・ンプ5を外すことによっ
て容易におこなうことができる。またクリップ5によっ
て受けバー1に天井板3を直接取り付けることができる
ために、板針縁を用いるような必要がなくなり、板針縁
によって天井の重量が重くなったりするようなことがな
くなると共に天井板3の取り替え時に板針縁も取り替え
るといような必要もなくなる。尚、部屋の端部に位置す
る天井板3は、その壁面側の端部には嵌合突条19等を
設けずにスペーサ材22等に固着兵14で固定するよう
にしである。第2図は本発明の他の実施例を示すもので
あり、クリップ5の変形例が示しである。 また$3図の実施例では、天井板3aにおいてその凹段
部18に係止突片23を全長に亘って張り出させるよう
に設け、この係止突片23をクリップ5の保持片21の
後部の上面に係止させることによって、嵌合凹溝17へ
の嵌合突条19の嵌合の他に、クリップ5の保持片21
への係止によっても天井板3aを保持することができる
。第4図及び第5図の実施例ではクリップ5の保持片2
1への係止突片23の係止のみで天井板3aを保持して
受けバー1に取り付けるようにしである。第4図には天
井板3,3aに目地が生じないように突き合わせるよう
にした実施例が、第5図には天井板3,38間に目透か
し目地24が形成されるようにした実施例が示しである
。第5図の実施例において想像線で示すように天井板3
,3aの端面を張り出させて、クリップ5の側片5aの
光層と保持片21の後端が差し込まれる係止溝24a、
24bを形成するようにしてもよい。 第6図の実施例では、クリップ5として第7図に示すよ
うな実公昭58−4698号公報で提供されているもの
を使用している。このクリップ5は上記実施例のクリッ
プ5のような押さえ片20や保持片21を設けないで形
成されるものであり、上の側片5aと下の側片5bの先
部の両側にそれぞれ拡開用耳部27,27が延設しであ
る。そして上記実公昭58−4698号公報やさらに実
公昭57−59346号公報で提供されているようなり
リップ操作器を用いて、拡開用耳部27によってクリッ
プ5の上下の側片5 a、 5 bを開きつつ、この状
態で側片5 at S b間に受けバー1の受け片2と
天井板3の取付片4とを被挿しでクリップ操作器からク
リップ5を送り出すことによって、受け片2と取付片4
とをクリップ5で挟持させることができる。このように
してクリップ5によって第8図に示すように受けバー1
の下側に天井板3を取り付けることができるものであり
、この天井板3と隣合う天井板3aは、その嵌合突条1
9を前記の天井板3の嵌合凹溝17に差し込んで嵌合さ
せることによって、前記の天井板3を介して受けバー1
に取り付けることができる。

よって受けバーに天井板を固定するようにしたので、釘
や接着剤を用いる必要なくクリップによる挟み込みによ
って受けバーに天井板を容易に取り付けることができる
ものであり、またクリップを外すことによって天井板の
取り外しを簡単におこなうことができるものであって、
天井板の取り替えを容易におこなうことができるもので
ある。またクリップによって受けバーに天井板を直接取
り付けることができるために、板針縁のような下地部材
を用いるような必要がなくなるものである。
