Claims (1)
- 筒状のシリンダチユーブと、このシリンダチユ
ーブに挿入される筒状のピストンと、この筒状の
ピストンの一側内面に形成される雌セレーシヨン
にスプライン結合されるスプライン軸と、前記筒
状のピストンの他側内面に形成される雌螺子から
なるリード部に螺合されるリード軸と、このリー
ド軸または前記スプライン軸のいずれか一方を固
定する固定手段とを備えたことを特徴とするトル
クアクチユエータ。
