(Prior art) In recent years, when filling beverages into plastic bottles, a filling system (hereinafter also referred to as an aseptic system) has been developed that sterilizes the inside of the bottle before filling, fills the bottle with the sterilized beverage, and eliminates the sterilization process after sealing. is becoming widely practiced.

That is, the bottle is held upside down and a sterilizing liquid containing, for example, hydrogen peroxide is sprayed into the bottle, and then the bottle is held upright and washed with a cleaning liquid of the same type as the sterilizing liquid. Furthermore, after the bottle is turned upside down and the washing liquid is discharged, it is rinsed with sterile water, the washing liquid and sterile water are discharged, the bottle is filled with a beverage, and the cap is attached and sealed.

In this beverage filling method, since the content is a beverage, it is important that the cleaning liquid etc. be drained from the bottle as quickly as possible after washing and that the remaining amount of cleaning liquid etc. after draining be as small as possible. Highly desired. More specifically, in commonly used rotary washing machines, the bottle is inverted for 4 to 5 seconds to discharge the washing liquid, etc., and how can the amount of washing liquid remaining in the bottle be reduced during this time? Much consideration must be given to this.

For this purpose, for example, for the purpose of reinforcing the bottle, a bead 11 around the body of the bottle 10 and a flat part 12 (hereinafter also referred to as a mirror part) in the vertical direction are provided on the body of the bottle 10, as shown in Fig. 3, to make the bottle polygonal. (hereinafter referred to as "mirror bottle"), and other methods such as forming beads in the vertical direction are also being carried out.

(Problem to be solved by the invention) However, such deformation of the bottle body due to the bead and mirror portion prevents the above-mentioned washing liquid from flowing down and draining when the bottle is inverted, and also prevents the washing liquid inside the bottle from draining. This was causing the remaining amount to increase.

In other words, the flow of the cleaning liquid or the like flowing down along the inner wall of the bottle 10 is temporarily disturbed or stopped by the irregularities caused by the beads 11 or the mirror portion 12, especially in the horizontal direction, and the flow rate is significantly slowed down. It is something that becomes.

A particular object of the present invention is to provide a bottle in which the flow of washing liquid, etc. is prevented from being obstructed by the girth bead, the mirror part, or the vertical bead part having the same effect as these.

(Means for solving the problem) A combination of two or more of a gradually increasing part, a gradually decreasing part, and a same-diameter part of the bottle diameter in the vertical cross-sectional shape of the bottle upright on the wall of at least the upper half of the bottle body. A bottle having a reinforcing step portion formed of the above, and a right downward slope portion and a left downward slope portion intersecting at one end in at least a part of the reinforcing step portion at equidistant positions on the outer circumference of the upper half of the bottle. It is.

(Function) In the present invention, due to the presence of the right-downward and leftward-downward slopes of the reinforcing step portion, when the bottle is inverted, the water droplets are directed downward, and water droplets are efficiently discharged and flowed down along the slopes. The flow of the cleaning liquid or the like in the flat area is urged, and as a result, the efficiency of discharging the cleaning liquid or the like is significantly improved.

(Example) Fig. 1 shows an embodiment of the bottle according to this invention, where 1 is a bottle body, and 22 is a bottle whose diameter increases upward and is provided in the girth direction of the upper half of the bottle body 1. In the gradually increasing parts 2a and 2b are the gradually increasing parts downward to the right and downward to the left of the trunk. On the other hand, reference numeral 3 is a gradually decreasing part provided similarly to the gradually increasing part 2, and has right-down and left-down gradually decreasing parts 3a and 3b, and the bottle diameter decreases upward. The gradually increasing portion 2 and the gradually decreasing portion 3 form a reinforcing stepped portion in a vertical cross-sectional shape when erected.

Gradually increasing parts 2a', 2b' and gradually decreasing part 3 whose lower ends do not intersect
The ends of a' and 3b' are made to end at the same position as the lower end of the V-shaped inclined part 4. In terms of strength, it is particularly preferable that the gradually increasing part 2 and the gradually decreasing part 3 be formed continuously in the girth direction of the bottle body.

In the bottle 1 having such a structure, when a cleaning liquid, etc. is supplied into the bottle 1 while the bottle is inverted during the above-mentioned sterilization, washing, and rinsing, the washing liquid, etc. flowing down is caused by the inclination of the lower half of the container when the bottle is in the inverted position. It is efficiently discharged in the direction of inclination by the part, and its flow is appropriately urged, so that the discharge efficiency is significantly increased. As shown in the figure, a part of the gradually increasing part or the gradually decreasing part becomes a part of the girth and becomes an inclined part of the lower half of the container when the bottle is in an inverted position, and the gradually increasing part or the gradually decreasing part gradually increases the diameter of the bottle body 1. Alternatively, by configuring a reinforcing stepped portion by gradual reduction, the downward force of the washing liquid can be further improved and its drainage efficiency can be further increased.

In the present invention, the reinforcing step portion may be provided over the entire bottle body 1, and the structure of the reinforcing step portion is not limited to the above embodiment, for example, the gradually increasing portion 2 and the gradually decreasing portion 3 may be provided at any one time. (Fig. 2a), or the gradually increasing part 2 is a part with the same diameter where the bottle diameter does not increase upward (Fig. 2b); and (Fig. 2b). The gradually increasing part 2 is a gradually decreasing part where the diameter of the bottle decreases upward, and the gradually decreasing part 3 is a part with the same diameter (Fig. 2c), etc., and its shape, number, etc.
The width, inclination angle, etc. can be changed based on design considerations.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, the present invention forms an inclined part of the lower half of the container in the inverted position of the right-down and left-down bottles in the reinforcing step part provided in the bottle body, and the reinforcing step. There are two parts: a gradually increasing part, a gradually decreasing part, and a same diameter part.
With the structure formed by the above combination, when the bottle is inverted, the water droplets from the washing liquid etc. that fall are collected in the lower half of the bottle along the above-mentioned inclination direction and are efficiently discharged. This has the effect of improving the drainage efficiency and significantly resolving the above problem.
