には、ドクターナイフコーターやリバースロールコータ
−等の塗布装置を使用し、離型紙上に塗布し乾燥させ、
この表面層上に合成樹脂層を積層し基材と貼り合わせた
後、離型紙より剥離し、これを加熱発泡することによっ

布する。これを70℃の温風に90秒間さらして乾燥し
た後、さらに140℃の熱風で90秒間加熱する。この
加熱によりマイクロカプセルが膨張して表面スェード調
