<Prior art and its problems> The spike studs conventionally attached to spike shoes for track and field events include those made of metal and those made of synthetic resin, and these are generally attached to the front part of the sole of the shoe. It is attached to a hard plate made of nylon or urethane resin that is attached to the tread portion. This hard plate has a circular lower stepped portion formed at its spike attachment portion, and a screw hole for attaching a spike rivet is formed in the center of the lower circular stepped portion. A spike stud, usually made of metal, is attached to this lower step via a screw. By the way, in order to enhance the anti-slip effect of the hard plate itself in addition to the metal spike studs mentioned above, there is already a structure in which a synthetic resin seat plate with a plurality of small protrusions protruding from the spike attachment part is attached in combination with the spike studs. It has become publicly known. This type of anti-slip member has the ground holding power of high-hardness metal spikes,
The protrusions on the synthetic resin seat plate provide support, which not only maintains an effective anti-slip effect, but also has the advantage of being lightweight and allowing only the seat plate to be replaced. Since the structure is screwed onto a hard plate using male threads, if the tightening force of the spike studs is not very strong, the protrusion of the seat plate will be affected by the external pressure when the shoe wearer receives a landing impact while running. This could cause the seat plate to rotate and cause the spike studs to come off. In addition, the loosening of the spike studs and the seat plate significantly reduces the anti-slip effect, which is the original function of both, and the lack of spike studs causes the sole to lose its balance, resulting in an obstacle to running. On the other hand, if the spike rivets are tightened too strongly, there is a risk that the threads that connect the seat plate and the spike rivets may be crushed, rendering both of them unusable. Furthermore, the threading pressure of the spike rivets was concentrated in the center of the seat plate, resulting in a bowl-shaped compressive deformation of the seat plate body, which significantly impaired the durability of the seat plate.

<Means for solving the problem> The inventors of the present invention focused on the above-mentioned points, and as a result of intensive research into a structure that integrally connects a metal spike rivet and a synthetic resin seat plate, they found that: The following measures were adopted.

That is, a seat plate having a plurality of protrusions arranged around the periphery, a convex portion having a threaded portion on one end side and a screwdriver portion on the other end side, and a bulge approximately halfway between these end sides. This is a novel structure in that the bulging part of the rivet core is embedded in the seat plate and is integrally connected to the seat plate.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the bulging part of the metal tack core is covered with a synthetic resin seat plate and the two are integrally connected, making it possible to strongly tighten the tack to a hard plate. This fully performs the anti-slip effect inherent to rivets.

<Example> Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described based on the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the spike rivet of the present invention, and the spike rivet is formed by a rivet core B shown in FIG. 2 and a seat plate A shown in FIG. 3. The tack core B has a convex portion 6 having a screwdriver portion 3 on its upper end side, and the screwdriver portion 3 is a corner portion that fits into the hole edge of a screwdriver tool for rotating a normal land-based spike pin. is formed.

The convex portion 6 may be formed into a columnar shape as shown in FIG. 2, or may have a sharply pointed tip as shown in FIGS. is also formed. Next, the bulge 4 formed on the middle side of the rivet core B is for integrally connecting and supporting the seat plate A, as shown in FIG. Embedded has been fixed. In addition, the bulging portion 4 is formed by drilling a plurality of through holes or notches 5 around the bulging portion 4 as shown in FIG. 2 or 3, so that the resin of the seat plate A can be It is structured so that it can flow into the water and strengthen the bond between the two. That is, the spike rivet of the present invention is usually formed by injection molding of synthetic resin. Naoza board A is the 4th
In addition to the shape shown in the figure, the shape is generally triangular as shown in FIG.
Of course, in addition to this shape, all kinds of shapes can also be adopted.

<Effects of the invention> Therefore, according to the invention, since the seat plate A made of synthetic resin and the stud core B made of metal are integrally formed, the impact of landing of the shoe wearer on the shoe wearer will cause the impact of the shoe wearer to fall, compared to the conventional product. There is no fear that the seat plate will rotate independently, and the seat plate A
is for supporting the protrusion 4 of the tack core B by embedding it, so when installing the spike tack to the hard plate, the seat plate A
Since the screwing pressure concentrated at the center of the seat plate A is dispersed over the entire bulge 4, the durability of the seat plate A can be strengthened. Therefore, there is no risk of causing a compression change in the seat plate A unlike in conventional products. Furthermore, as a matter of course, such a configuration allows the spike rivet to have a stronger tightening force, and fully exhibits the effective anti-slip effect of the metal rivet core B and the synthetic resin seat plate A.
