Claims (1)
- 粉体貯蔵槽の粉体レベルを検出するにあたり、
振動棒を電歪素子または電磁コイルにより駆動し
、同振動棒の振動の有無により粉体貯蔵槽内の粉
体の有無を検出する振動式レベル計において、振
動棒の振れ方向を垂直方向に振らす振動手段を設
けたことを特徴とする微振動式粉体レベル計。
