レバー部3Bに接続したコイルスプリング22A
の他端を調節螺子22Bの先端に接続し、この調
節螺子22Bを把手23に進退可能に螺着したも
のである。したがつて、調節螺子22Bを前進さ
せるとコイルスプリング22Aの引張力は弱ま
り、一方調節螺子22Bを後退させるとコイルス
プリング22Aの引張力は強まる。このように蓋
体15の開閉力を調節してケトル本体2の内圧に
