Description
発明の目的
本発明は釣竿等の管状体の曲り防止と強度の向
上を図るものである。
従来の技術
プリプレグシートを捲回して形成した釣竿等の
管状体の内外層間に熱硬化性樹脂を含浸した高強
度繊維条を捲回介在せしめることは特開昭53−
134684号公報で知られている。
しかしながらこのような繊維条の捲回をしたも
のは、繊維条で補強した部分と補強しない部分と
の強度が大幅に違うのて繊維状で補強した部分の
境目に応力が集中し、特に撓みの大きい時にはこ
の部分から破断する欠陥がある。
また釣竿等の管状体の中間層にスチールワイヤ
ーを捲回介在させることも特開昭48−20878号公
報で知られているが、この方式は心材がプラスチ
ツク、ゴム等の可撓性材料で機械的強度が低いと
共にスチールワイヤーの外側層はテープ条に捲回
して形成されているため軸方向の剛性と撓みによ
る軸方向の強度が弱く、またテープの重合部分が
屈撓性を阻害する等の欠陥がある。
発明が解決しようとする問題点
釣竿等の管状体の捻れ、曲がり、うねり等の外
観上の欠点は製品の目視検査でチエツクできる
が、管状体を形成する補強繊維の捻れ、曲がり等
の原因による管状体の折損はこれを予知すること
ができない。
本発明はアモルフアス合金の単繊維条の特性を
利用してこのような補強繊維の曲がり、捻れ、う
ねりの発生を防止してその折損を防止しようとす
るものである。
発明の構成
本発明は前記目的を達成するために、プリプレ
グシートを捲回して内層と外層とから形成した管
状体の内外層間にアモルフアス合金の単繊維条を
螺旋状又は綾捲状に捲回介在せしめることを要旨
とするものである。
実施例
本発明の実施例を図面について説明すると、プ
リプレグシートを捲回して内層1と外層2とから
形成される管状体3の内外層間にアモルフアス合
金からなる単繊維条4を螺旋状又は綾捲状に一体
的に捲回介在せしめる。
前記プリプレグシートは公知のようにガラス繊
維、炭素繊維の補強繊維の引揃シート又は織布に
熱硬化性合成樹脂を含浸せしめて形成されてお
り、先ずプリプレグシートを芯金5に1乃至複数
回捲回して内層1を形成した後、その上部にアモ
ルフアス合金の単繊維条4を捲回し、次いで更に
その上部にプリプレグシートを1乃至複数回捲回
して外層2を形成し、これを常法によつてテーピ
ング及び熱硬化処理してアモルフアス合金の単繊
維条4と内層1と外層2とを一体化して管状体3
とするものである。
前記アモルフアス合金の性質は下記の通りであ
り、その組成の一例は、Fe(75〜80%)Si(5〜
10%)B(10〜20%)で、この径20〜140μ好まし
くは30〜70μの単繊維条を螺旋状又は綾捲状の捲
回する。

発明の効果
本発明は引張強度の大きく、細くて強く伸度も
大きいアモルフアス合金の単繊維条を管状体を構
成するプリプレグの内外層間に一体的に捲回介在
せしめたので、管状体の撓みに追随して曲げ荷重
を分担し、管状体の補強作用を向上すると共に管
状体の撓みを阻害することがない。
またアモルフアス合金単繊維条は管状体の加熱
硬化処理においてプリプレグシートの含浸合成樹
脂が流動化する時でも移動することなくそのまま
硬化するので従来の合成樹脂を含浸させた高強度
補強繊維条を捲回する場合のようにプリプレグシ
ートを形成する補強繊維の曲がり、捻れ、うねり
を防止することができると共にアモルフアス合金
繊維条は細いため外層の外表面が平滑であつて表
面の仕上研磨、塗装時の気泡の発生、塗料の溜り
を防止でき、ガイド等の部品の取付も容易であつ
て合せ部分の寸法出しも円滑容易である等の優れ
