Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable preserving food for a long term by providing a cover plate to be airtightly fitted to a container with a valve seat having a bored vent hole and also by providing the valve seat with a flexible valve plate for closing the vent hole in normal state and placing the hole in ventilated state, when the central part is pushed downward. CONSTITUTION:Food is put in a container (a), which is then fitted with a cover plate 1.
