ーブル端部から脱落する事故が起こるおそれがあ

を確実に実現するプーリングアイを要旨とするも
のであつて、具体的にはケーブルの露出導体端部
に固着された圧縮スリーブの先端のおねじ部に螺
合されるめねじ部を有するプーリングアイにおい
て、プーリングアイの肉部に、前記めねじ部の底
部からアイ先端面にわたつて貫通する貫通孔をケ
ーブル軸線と平行に穿設し、その貫通孔に検知ピ
ンを長手方向に滑動自在に挿入し、かつその検知
ピンをスプリングによつてケーブル端部側に向か
つて付勢させると共に、前記めねじ部をおねじ部
に所定量ねじ込んだとき、前記検知ピンの先端が
プーリングアイのアイ先端面から露出するように

は、圧縮スリーブ2のおねじ部21とプーリング
アイ3のめねじ部32との規定の螺合長、すなわ
ちそれによつて両者間が十分な接続強度を保つこ
とのできるねじ込み深さが選定されるものであ
る。なお第1図において符号36は固定ねじ7
(第2図参照)を取りつけるためのねじ孔を示す。
上記構造のプーリングアイ3を第2図に示される
ようにケーブル1の露出導体端部11に固着され
た圧縮スリーブ2にねじ込むときは、検知ピン8
の押圧部83は圧縮スリーブ2の端面によつてス
プリング9のばね力に抗して図の左方に押し込ま
れ、プーリングアイ3がちようど規定の螺合長L
までねじ込まれたときこの検知ピン8の検知部8
1の先端がプーリングアイ3のアイ先端面38に
露出し、外からこの状態が容易に視認できるよう
