本考案はフロツピイデイスク用磁気ヘツドに関

従来フロツピイデイスクに情報信号を磁気記録
再生する磁気ヘツドは第6図のようにジンバルば
ね1の貫通孔より突出した磁気ヘツド5のコア2

バルばね1はコイルの被覆絶縁材料で絶縁が保た
れているだけなので絶縁度が低く、異常な負荷が
掛かると絶縁が破壊され易くなる欠点があつた。
一方、コイルをボビンに巻線して磁気ヘツドコア
に挿通することも考えられるが、このようにすれ
ば絶縁度は高くなるが小型化出来ないと共にコス
ト高になるという新たな欠点が生ずる。

にコイル3が挿通され、コイル3の端線3aはジ
ンバルばね1に固定されたフレキシブルプリント

チツプが形成され、その両側にセラミツク材など
で幅広のスライダ−19と幅狭のスライダ−20
で挟み込まれて矩形体に形成されている。記録再
生用及び消去用コイル3,3は夫々コア9と1
3,15に挿通され、さらに第1図のように夫々

も無く、薄い絶縁層で絶縁出来るので小型化する
