That is, (1) a polymer of dihydroxy dimethyl silicone and methyl hydrogen polysiloxane are applied to a cellulose fiber fabric and heat treated to cause the polymer to react with the methyl hydrogen polysiloxane to form a reticulated polymer. A method for molding a silicone elastomer onto cellulose fibers: (1) applying a polymer of dihydroxydimethyl silicone and an epoxy-modified organopolysiloxane to a cellulose fiber fabric and heat-treating the fabric; A method of forming a silicone elastomer, which is a reticulated polymer, on cellulose fibers by reacting with siloxane; ■ By applying amino-modified organopolysiloxane and epoxy-modified organopolysiloxane to a cellulose fiber fabric and heat-treating it. , A method of forming a silicone elastomer, which is a reticular polymer, on cellulose fibers by reacting the acino-modified organopolysiloxane with the epoxy-modified organopolysiloxane (Japanese Patent Publication No. 17514/1983), ■ Epoxy modification By applying an organopolysiloxane and a metal salt-based acidic catalyst to a cellulose fiber fabric and heat-treating it, the cellulose fiber and the epoxy-modified organopolysiloxane are reacted to form a silicone elastomer on the cellulose fiber. Method etc. When cellulosic fiber fabrics are treated with these methods,
A silicone resin coating is formed on the cellulose fibers, reducing the coefficient of friction between the cellulose fibers or between the cellulose fibers and the fingertips, giving it a soft feel or imparting appropriate compressive elasticity. This imparts a soft feel to the fabric as a whole. However, silicone resins obtained from the above-mentioned various organopolysiloxanes have strong water repellency, and the water absorption properties of cellulose fibers are sometimes inhibited. Therefore, when wearing clothing made of cellulose fiber fabric that has been softened by the method described above, it has the disadvantage that it becomes sticky when sweating, causing discomfort.

It is related to water absorption and softening processing methods. The cellulose fiber fabric used in the present invention refers to a knitted fabric obtained by knitting and weaving cellulose fiber threads or a nonwoven fabric obtained using cellulose fibers. As the cellulose fiber, cotton, hemp, rayon, acetate, etc. are used. The cellulose fiber yarn may be a yarn consisting only of cellulose fibers, or may be a blended yarn consisting of cellulose fibers and protein fibers such as wool or silk, or hewei fibers. . Furthermore, when obtaining a knitted fabric, not only the cellulose fiber thread but also other fiber threads may be mixed or woven, and furthermore, when obtaining a nonwoven fabric, other fibers may be blended. In the present invention, it is preferable that the cellulose fiber fabric contains at least 20% by weight of cellulose fibers in order to maintain water absorption. The epoxy resin used in the present invention is a polymer compound containing two or more epoxy groups in the molecule, and conventionally known ones are used. For example, Denacol EX manufactured by Nagase Sangyo ■
-830, Denacol EX-841, Dena D-le EX-
941. , Dena D-LE EX-211, Denacol E
Chi-22l, Denacol EX-321, etc. are used. The polyether-modified organopolysiloxane used in the present invention is an organopolysiloxane into which polyether groups have been introduced. Here, as polyether,
Generally polyethylene oxide or polyoxymethylene is used. Further, it is preferable that the terminal end of the polyether group is in the form of a hydroxyl group so that it can be easily reacted with the epoxy resin. The polyether-modified organopolysiloxane specifically used is E manufactured by Ippo Sha Yushi Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Examples include SN-741. As the metal salt-based acidic catalyst used in the present invention, chlorides, nitrates, borofluorides, etc. of metals such as zinc, magnesium, and aluminum are used. Specifically, zinc chloride, magnesium chloride, aluminum chloride, zinc nitrate, zinc borofluoride, magnesium borofluoride, etc. are used. A treatment solution is obtained by mixing the above three components, but in the present invention, in order to further increase the flexibility of the cellulose fiber fabric, a reactive silicone resin other than polyether-modified organopolysiloxane is used. (Hereinafter, simply "
"Reactive silicone resin". ) is preferably added to the treatment solution. As the reactive silicone resin added as the fourth component, dihydroxy dimethyl silicone polymer, methyl hydrogen polysiloxane, epoxy-modified organopolysiloxane, amino-modified organopolysiloxane, etc. may be used alone or in combination. I can do it. In the present invention, a treatment liquid consisting of the above-mentioned ingredients is applied to a cellulose fiber fabric. It is preferable that the amount of each authority given is as follows. That is, the amount of the epoxy resin applied is 0.1 to 2.5 parts by weight, particularly preferably 0.3 to 1 part by weight in terms of solid content, per 100 parts by weight of cellulose fibers. The amount of polyether-modified organopolysiloxane applied is as follows:
Solid content: 0.1 to 2 parts by weight, particularly preferably 0.3 to 1
Parts by weight. The amount of the metal salt-based acidic catalyst is generally 5 to 40 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the epoxy resin, but since the activity varies depending on the type of catalyst, it may be outside this range. The amount of the reactive silicone resin applied is 0.1 to 2 parts by weight, particularly preferably 1 to 1.5 parts by weight in terms of solid content, per 100 parts by weight of cellulose fibers. As a method for applying the treatment liquid to the cellulose fiber fabric, conventionally known methods such as an impregnated padding method, a kiss roll method, and a spray method can be employed. After applying the treatment liquid to the cellulose fiber fabric in this manner, it is subjected to heat treatment. The general conditions for heat treatment are dry heat treatment at a temperature of 120 to 180"C for 0.5 to 5 minutes. Through this treatment, a certain amount of the treatment liquid reacts and forms on the cellulose fiber. A resin film is formed. Also, when performing dry heat treatment, the temperature is set at 80 to 100''C in advance.
It is preferable to perform preliminary drying. Pre-drying removes excess moisture and allows the reaction in the dry heat treatment to take place effectively. Further, after the heat treatment, it is also preferable to perform a soaping treatment or the like as desired.

That is, when a treatment liquid containing an epoxy resin, a polyether-modified organopolysiloxane, and a metal salt-based acidic catalyst is applied to a cellulose-based fiber fabric and then heat-treated, the epoxy resin and cellulose-based fibers are separated by the action of the metal salt-based acidic catalyst. The reaction between the epoxy resin and the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane is promoted. As a result, the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane is bonded to the cellulose fibers via the epoxy resin. Therefore, even after repeated washing, the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane does not easily fall off from the cellulose fibers. The polyether group of the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane is a hydrophilic group and has good affinity with moisture. Furthermore, the polysiloxane forming the skeleton of the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane acts to lower the coefficient of friction with various substances. Therefore, when a polyether-modified organopolysiloxane is introduced onto cellulose fibers, the flexibility of the cellulose fiber fabric is improved without inhibiting the water absorption of the cellulose fibers.

。As explained above, the method according to the present invention involves applying a treatment liquid containing an epoxy resin, a polyether-modified organopolysiloxane, and a metal salt acidic catalyst to a cellulose fiber fabric, and heat-treating the fabric. . By this method, the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane is bonded to the cellulose fibers, and the action of the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane imparts flexibility to the fabric. Furthermore, due to the action of polyether-modified organopolysiloxane, the water absorbency of cellulose fibers is less likely to be reduced. Furthermore, since the polyether-modified organopolysiloxane is bonded to cellulose fibers, the above-mentioned flexibility and water absorption properties are unlikely to deteriorate even after repeated washing. Therefore, the method according to the present invention has the effect of imparting water absorbency and flexibility with excellent washing resistance to the cellulose fiber fabric. Furthermore, when using the method according to the present invention, as a fourth precept, if a reactive silicone resin such as methylhydrogenpolysiloxane is added to the cellulose fiber fabric, it is possible to provide even more excellent flexibility. play.
