(Prior art) Generally, when waterproofing is required on the roof of a building that has rising surfaces such as parapets, walls, and public objects, multiple metal plates are installed on the entire surface including the rising surfaces of the walls, parapets, and public objects. The metal plates are arranged side by side and joined together to form a large watertight surface. As a conventional closing method, there is a method as shown in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 57-51358. The closing method shown in this construction method is as follows. That is, a group of panels is constructed by arranging panels with an extra length that can be dropped into the bottom of the parapet in parallel, and welding the weldable parts.

That is, a plurality of face materials are bent at a predetermined curvature by using a known molding machine or the like to bend the end portions of the face material having rising portions on both sides in the width direction while keeping the rising portions on both sides in the width direction erect. A waterproofing construction method using metal plates, which is characterized by preparing metal plates, laying them in parallel, bringing them close to the rising surfaces of walls, parapets, ornaments, etc., and then seam-welding the rising parts of each metal plate. More specifically, long metal plates each having rising portions on both sides in the width direction are arranged in parallel, and each of the adjacent rising portions is welded to form a large-area waterproof surface material. Regarding the rising surfaces of parapets, walls, public objects, etc., in the waterproofing construction method in which a wainscot is provided at the end of the waterproof surface material and raised to waterproof it, the edge of the waterproof surface material is provided along the rising surface. When bending the waist plate portion of the metal plate, the rising height of the rising portion of the metal plate at the bending portion is lower than the height of the rising portion of the flat portion, and the end portion of the metal plate is bent. When forming the waist plate part, the rising part is bent at a curvature within the range that allows seam welding without wrinkles, and each bent metal plate is bent in the width direction. Waterproofing using metal plates, characterized in that the metal plates are arranged in parallel, and the waist plate portions at the ends of each metal plate are erected along the rising surface, and then the adjacent rising portions of each metal plate are seam-welded to each other. We propose the Shimai construction method.

FIGS. 1 and 2 are diagrams showing an embodiment of the present invention. First, to explain the structure, 6 in the figure is a coated stainless steel plate showing a specific example of a metal plate body. On both sides of the coated stainless steel plate 6 in the width direction, rising portions 7a are provided on both sides of the coated stainless steel plate 6 in the width direction using a roll forming machine or the like used for normal bending. The height of the rising portion 7a is usually 20 to 30 mm. The waist plate portion 8 of the coated stainless steel plate 6 provided with the rising portions 7a is bent at a predetermined curvature so as to stand up along the rising surface of the parapet portion 1 with the rising portions 7b on both sides in the width direction erected in advance. ing. The rising portions 7b on both sides in the width direction are cut to a height of, for example, 10 to 15 mm, to the extent that wrinkles do not occur when bent in an upright position using a known hand homer, and seam welding is possible, for example, and the bending radius is The radius (100 to 150 mmR) is such that wrinkles do not occur in the rising portion 7b and that seam welding can be performed using a welding machine. If horizontal drainage is required, the straight portion of the rising portion 7a in front of the bent portion may be folded down. Reference numeral 10 denotes a hanger, which is fixed to a predetermined position of the building with an anchor bolt or the like, and is held between rising portions 7a in the width direction of the panel and seam welded.

To assemble this waterproof plate, first, a coated stainless steel plate 6 of an appropriate length is formed with rising portions 7a on both sides in the width direction using a known roll forming machine or the like. The shape of the rising portion 7a may be simply raised almost vertically, or one of the rising portions 7a may be folded into an inverted U-shape as shown in FIG. The rising portions of the coated stainless steel plate 6 on both sides in the width direction of the waist plate portion 8 are cut to an appropriate height (10 to 15 mm). This height is within a range in which bending can be performed without wrinkles with the rising portion 7b in an upright position, and seam welding can be performed. Next, the waist plate portion 8 of the coated stainless steel plate 6 is bent using a known roll forming machine such as a hand former. This bending radius is such that there are no wrinkles in the rising part 7b and that the roll of the seam welding machine can hit and weld the seam, for example, 100 to 150 mmR.
is good. The upper end is bent so that it stands up along the parapet 1. The number of coated stainless steel plates 6 formed by bending the waist plate part 8 is prepared in advance in the number necessary for waterproofing the roof. Next, one coated stainless steel plate 6 is laid at a predetermined position on the roof of the building. In this case, the rising portion 7a of the coated stainless steel plate 6 laid at a predetermined position is welded and fixed to the hanger 10, which has been previously installed at a predetermined position on the roof, by spot welding. Next, another coated stainless steel plate 6 is laid in parallel, and the opposing rising portions 7a are temporarily fixed by spot welding and then seam welded using, for example, a self-propelled seam welding machine. The seam weld may or may not include the tongue of the hanger 10. Next, after seam welding the rising portion 7b of the waist plate portion 8 using, for example, a hand-held welding machine,
Close to the parapet. In this case, leave a gap between it and the parapet part that is large enough to absorb thermal expansion and contraction. It is advantageous to bend the upper ends of the rising parts 7b and 7c or cover them with a cap to prevent the edges from being exposed. Moreover, when it is necessary to improve the flow of water in the lateral direction, the rising portion 7b can be tilted down. Thereafter, this process is repeated to form a large area of waterproof surface material.

(Effects of the Invention) As described above, according to the present invention, side rising portions are provided in advance on both sides of the width direction of a metal plate such as a coated stainless steel plate, and the longitudinal end portions are formed at the side rising portions. Since the structure is such that the entire surface of the board is bent while standing up, when forming waterproof surface materials on roofs with rising surfaces such as walls, parapets, and accessories, back-up materials are placed on the parapets,
Work efficiency is significantly improved because there is no need to place the face material on top of it, weld the weldable parts, pull out the back-up material after welding, drop the face material onto the parapet part, and weld the unwelded parts. In addition, there is no need to prepare special hangers with longer tongues than usual, and even if there is no scaffolding around the roof of the building, there is no need to install scaffolding to pull out backup materials, which has the effect of reducing work costs. can get.
