Abstract

PURPOSE:To maintain an excellent atmospheric environment of chicken raising cage unit while preventing chickens from being exposed to the air by equipping a great number of chicken raising cages and droppings receiver in a specific state through a ventilation path laid at the central part. CONSTITUTION:Chicken raising cages 2 of chicken raising cage unit 1 are laid in multiple stages, uprightly and symmetrically between the left and the right halves, proper gap is made between the upper and the lower chicken raising cages 2 and each chicken raising gage is shielded at the side of the ventilation path 3. Air sent from a blower 8 attached to an air path material 7 is sent from the ventilation path 3 to the lower part of the cage 2 like an arrow, air thereof partially flows in such a way that the air moves on the surface of a droppings receiver 6 slantingly set at the left and the right of the ventilation path 3 and discharges from the gap between a feed material 4 and an egg receiver 5.

Conventional poultry cage units include, for example, chicken cages made of metal wire with gaps throughout, which are arranged vertically in symmetrical tiers, and a chicken manure conveyor is installed at the center of the bottom of the cage unit. The chicken manure falling from each chicken cage was made to fall directly onto a conveyor, and the dropped chicken manure was carried out by this conveyor. In addition, in order to keep the inside of the poultry house sanitary and to dry the chicken manure on the conveyor to some extent, each poultry house was equipped with an air blower/ventilation fan to blow air and ventilate the inside of the poultry house.

However, in conventional poultry cages, the air sent from the ventilation fan into the poultry house directly hits the chickens in each cage through the gaps around the cages, as described above, and if this situation continues for a long time, There were concerns that this would have a major impact on the health of chickens. The present invention was developed in view of the above points, and its purpose is to prevent chickens in chicken cages from being exposed to strong winds and to remove chicken manure that has fallen from chicken cages. To provide a structure of a poultry cage and a feces receptacle in a poultry cage unit that can efficiently dry chicken and maintain a good sanitary environment inside the poultry house.

With the above configuration, the air flowing downward from the separately provided blower through the ventilation passage in the center of the poultry cage unit hits the feces receiver at each stage, and a portion of the air hits the feces receiver, causing It climbs up and exits the unit through the gap between each chicken cage and the front of the feces receiver. At this time, the bodies deposited on the feces receiver are dried by the wind flowing along the surface of the feces receiver. In addition, the wind flowing downward from the ventilation channel in the center directly hits the feces receiver, and since this feces receiver also serves as the roof of the chicken cage, the chickens inside the cage are exposed to strong wind. You can avoid what you said.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. Reference numeral 1 shows a poultry cage unit according to an embodiment, and the unit 1 has a large number of individual poultry cages 2 arranged vertically in multiple stages and in vertical rows. To explain more specifically, the entire poultry cage unit 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped shape with a narrow width and elongated in the column direction, and each poultry cage 2 has a ventilation passage 3 provided in the center of the poultry cage unit 1. They are stacked vertically in six tiers symmetrically on the left and right. There is an appropriate interval between the upper and lower poultry cages 2, and the back side of each poultry cage 2,
That is, the ventilation path 3 side is shielded so that the wind passing through the ventilation path 3 does not directly flow into each poultry cage 2. Further, each of the poultry cages 2 is formed into a deformed rectangular shape with eight trapezoidal sides by assembling thin metal wires in a lattice shape. Reference numeral 4 denotes a feeding receiver formed vertically in a gutter-like manner at the lower front of each chicken cage 2, and reference numeral 5 indicates an egg receiver provided below the feeding receiver 4 to receive eggs falling from the bottom surface of the chicken cage 2. . Further, below the lower surface 2 of each poultry cage 2, an egg fall guide portion 5a is formed which is inclined toward the egg receiver 5 side. Therefore, below the second to sixth tiers of the poultry cages 2 of the poultry cage unit 1, the portions that correspond to the roofs of the -th to fifth tiers of the poultry cages 2 are provided so as to be lowered toward the ventilation path 3 side. A feces receptacle 6 is provided which is inclined to the side. The upper edge of the feces receiver 6 is located at the inner edge of the egg receiver 5 of the upper chicken cage 2. This excrement receiver 6 receives the chicken excrement falling from the poultry cage 2 above, and prevents the wind flowing through the ventilation path 3 from directly entering the poultry cage 2 below this poultry cage 2. A scraper (not shown) is installed in each stage to scrape off the chicken manure accumulated on the manure receiver 6 toward the ventilation path side. Further, on top of the stacked uppermost poultry cage 2, a wind channel 7 is provided in the vertical direction of the poultry cage unit l with the ventilation passage 3 in the center. The blower 8 is installed inside. By operating this blower 8, air can be sent into the ventilation passage 3. Further, below the lowest poultry cage 2 of the poultry cage unit l, a belt conveyor 9 with a width comparable to the ventilation passage 3 and the width of the left and right poultry cages 2 is installed on the floor along the vertical direction of the poultry cage unit l. It is installed in A. This belt conveyor 9 is for carrying out the chicken manure that falls from each chicken cage 2 via the manure receiver 6. With the above configuration, the air sent from the blower 8 provided in the air channel 7 flows from the ventilation path 3 in the center of the poultry cage unit 1 to the lower part of the stacked poultry cages 2 as shown by the arrow, and the air In each stage, a part of the water flows along the surface of the feces receivers 6 that are inclined to the left and right of the ventilation passage 3, and flows through the gap between the feeding receiver 4 of each chicken cage 2 and the egg receiver 5. flows outward. Further, the wind flowing downward from the ventilation path 3 hits the surface of the belt conveyor 9 for conveying chicken manure below, and then flows outward through the gap between the belt conveyor 9 and the left and right chicken cages 2. As described above, the chicken manure from the poultry cage 2 deposited on the manure receivers 6 is dried by the wind hitting the manure receivers 6 at each stage. Further, the chicken manure on the conveyor is dried by the wind hitting the surface of the belt conveyor 9 for transporting chicken manure. The wind flowing downward from the ventilation passage 3 does not directly hit the chickens placed in the poultry cages 2 in each tier due to the above-described configuration. Therefore, it can be highly effective in managing the health of chickens.

As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, for hygiene management, the wind flowing into the poultry cage unit is prevented from directly hitting the chickens in the poultry cages due to the arrangement structure of each poultry cage and feces receiver. Since it is made of pear, it is possible to maintain a better atmospheric environment in the chicken cage unit without damaging the health of the chickens, and it is possible to eliminate concerns that it will have a negative effect on egg production.
