【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はCフレームプレスにおけるギブ下油受
の油戻し回路に関するものである。

従来、Cフレームプレスのスライドを昇降させ
るためフレームに設けた案内用のギブには上方か
ら潤滑油を供給し、ギブ下に油受を設け、油受か
らの油戻し配管をフレームの内側を通してオイル
タンクに戻していた。従つて配管の分だけフレー
ムの内法寸法が狭くなるばかりでなく配管にひつ
かかり易いため、プレスの前後方向に向けて行な
う材料の搬入及び製品の取り出しの邪魔になると
いう欠点があつた。勿論油受からの油戻し配管を
フレームの外側に設けることは可能であるがプレ
スの外観を損なうのでこのような回路設計は通常
行なわれない。

ことのできるCフレームプレスにおけるギブ下油
受の油戻し回路を提供することにある。以下本考
案の実施例について図面を参照して説明する。

右の側面と前側面とを案内され昇降自在にフレー
ム2に保持されている。左右のフレーム2の内側
には補強板8が溶接され一体化されている。ギブ
下油受9は第1図に示すようにライナ4,6及び
7の下方にあつて、第3図に示すようにライナ
4,6及び7とスライド3の突部3aとの接触面
を潤滑して落ちる油を受ける平面形をもち、フレ
ーム2あご部の補強板8の前側面にボルトなどで
固定されている。ギブ下油受9を取りつけた補強
板8の前側面から後側面の間には油戻し用の穴1
0が設けられている。穴10の出口には接続箱1
1が補強板8に取りつけられ、穴10とギブ下油
受9及び接続箱11とは夫々油密に接続されてい
る。補強板8の後側面下方にも別の接続箱12が

夫々プレスのベツド14後方の空間に配置した可
搬式のオイルタンク15にホース16,16によ
り接続されている。オイルタンク15にはオイル
ポンプを内蔵し、フイルタを通して清浄にした潤
滑油を吐出口17からプレスの所要の個処すなわ
ち、ライナ4,6及び7の上部などに供給してい
るが、吐出口17からの配管については省略して
ある。
