配設されたモータ4の出力軸40にはファン41が取り

にギア42が一体に形成されたものであり、上記基台4
9に設けられた軸43で支持されている中間ギア44が
かみ合っている.また中間ギア44は、ハウジング10
の突部13内に配されたギア45とかみ合っている.内
刃ブロック2は、上記ギア45に連結される回転軸25
を一体に備えたもので、放射状に形成されているスリッ
ト部に複数枚のブレード21の各両端部が夫々取り付け
られているとともに、各ブレード21の半径方向移動を
制限する内刃支持板23と、各ブレード21を外周方向
に押圧する押し上げばね22とが取り付けられている.
外刃ブロック3は、上下に開口する棒状のフレーム30
と、このフレーム30に装着される外刃31とから構成
されている.外刃31は、薄肉の金属板に多数個の刃孔
32を形戒したものとして設けられており、フレーム3
