There is a strong desire to shorten the incineration time at corpse crematoriums. The reason for this is that it is extremely difficult to build more crematoriums due to opposition from the surrounding community. If incineration time can be shortened, processing capacity can be increased without increasing the number of incinerators. In addition, as a separate issue, there is a need to reduce the amount of wood used in coffins that is incinerated. A huge amount of wood is used to make coffins and is incinerated every year. If coffins made of paper boards could be put into practical use, these problems could be solved all at once. For example, coffins made of paper board materials are

The coffin shown in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 63-88322 uses a board material reinforced by laminating a plurality of corrugated paperboards. This coffin has the features of short incineration time, effective use of forest resources, and is lightweight and easy to carry. However, coffins with this structure have not yet been put into practical use. What prevents the practical use of coffins with this structure is the inability to achieve sufficient strength. Since pet coffins and the like do not require great strength, corrugated paper coffins can be put to practical use. However, coffins for corpses are required to have great strength. As a result of repeated research into using paper boards to achieve sufficient strength, the inventors succeeded in creating an extremely strong coffin by prototyping paper boards with a unique internal structure. . Therefore, an important object of the present invention is to provide a light and strong paper coffin that takes less time to incinerate.

The paper coffin of this invention uses a paper board 3 with a unique structure. FIG. 1 shows a paper board 3 used for a coffin according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in the figure, the coffin of this invention uses a core material 1 in which numerous paper tubes 1A are lined up, and both ends of the paper tubes 1A are adhered to the inner surface of a top sheet 2. The paper board material 3 having this structure can be made light because it is hollow inside, and since the many paper tubes 1A act as reinforcing ribs that increase the bending strength of the top sheet 2, the bending strength is significantly increased. It can be made strong. Further advantageously, the paper board material 3 having this structure has the feature that the bending strength can be increased by making the paper tube 1A longer, or in other words, by increasing the distance between the topsheets 2 and increasing the thickness. The long paper cylinder 1A has a wide reinforcing rib to increase its bending strength. Therefore, unlike the conventional paper board material 3, there is no need to increase the strength by laminating a large number of sheets, and it has the advantage that it has a simple structure, can be mass-produced at low cost, and can make a strong coffin. By the way, the coffin prototyped by the present inventor has a paper tube length of 1
By setting the thickness to 0 mm or more, the entire thickness of the paper board 3 was set to 15 mm to achieve sufficient strength for the coffin.

Hereinafter, one embodiment of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. However, the embodiments shown below are merely illustrative of coffins for embodying the technical idea of the present invention; It is not specific to Various modifications may be made to the coffin of this invention within the scope of the claims. Furthermore, in order to make the claims easier to understand, the numbers corresponding to the members shown in the embodiments are indicated in the "Claims column" and "Means for Solving the Conventional Problems". Additional notes are added to the members shown in the "Column" and "Column of Action". However, the members shown in the claims are by no means limited to the members of the embodiments. The coffin shown in FIG. 2 has a side plate 4, an end plate 5, and a bottom plate 6 made of paper boards 3, which are connected and assembled into a box shape with an open top. A structure for connecting the side plate 4, end plate 5, and bottom plate 6 is shown in FIG. The coffin shown in this figure is connected to the bottom plate 6 through the seams 7 by providing the side plates 4 and the end plates 5 with the seams a7. The side plate 4 is provided with a sear 7 on both sides and the lower edge, and the end plate 5 is provided with a sear 7 on the lower edge. The norishiro 7 is provided by extending the top sheet 2 of the paper board 30, or by pasting an adhesive sheet on the top sheet 2. The glue 7 is adhered to the end face and surface of the paper board 3, as shown in FIG. Therefore, the tip of the norishiro 7 is bent at 90 degrees and bonded. As shown in FIG. 4, the structure in which the tip of the norishiro 7 is bent at right angles and adhered to the surface has the advantage that the paper boards 3 can be firmly connected. However, the connection state of the bottom plate 6, side plate 4, and end plate 5 of this invention is not limited to the structure shown in FIGS. 3 and 4. Although not shown, it is also possible to directly bond the end surfaces of the side plate 4, bottom plate 6, and end plate 5. The paper board material 3 that constitutes the bottom plate 6, side plate 4, and end plate 5 is shown in FIG. As shown in this figure, paper board material 3
is made up of a core material 1 and a top sheet 2 adhered to the surface thereof. The core material 1 increases the bending strength of the paper board material 3, and has a shape in which paper tubes IA are arranged in a plane. The paper cylinder 1A preferably has a hexagonal cylinder shape as shown in FIG. 1, and the shape arranged in a plane is a honeycomb shape. The honeycomb-shaped core material 1 is easy to manufacture, can be mass-produced at low cost, and has the advantage of being strong in bending strength. However, this invention does not specify the shape of the paper tube to be a hexagonal tube. Although not shown, the paper tube may have a polygonal tube shape such as a triangular tube, a quadrangular tube, or an octagonal tube, or may have an edge or an elliptical tube shape. It is preferable that paper tubes arranged in a plane with both ends adhered to the inner surface of the top sheet are connected and fixed to adjacent paper tubes. To connect paper tubes and arrange them in a flat shape, you can cut a number of paper tubes to a certain length, line them up horizontally, and glue the points of contact with adjacent paper tubes, or as shown in Figure 1. As shown in the figure, to make a honeycomb shape, a long thin paper cut to a certain width is
It is also possible to bond the contact surfaces by bending them so that their phases differ by 180 degrees. Furthermore, although not shown, the paper cylinders can be arranged in a plane by adhering them to the inner surface of the top sheet without adhering the contact points with the laterally adjacent paper cylinders. However, this structure of paper board material has the disadvantage that its strength is lower than that of a structure in which adjacent paper tubes are connected. The size of the paper tube 1A constituting the core material 1 is designed to be an optimum value in consideration of the length of the paper tube 1A, in other words, the thickness of the paper board material 3, and the required strength. Normally, the paper cylinder 1A has an inner diameter or diagonal length of 5
-50 mm, preferably 10-30 mm. The ends of the paper cylinders 1A arranged in a plane are adhered to the topsheet 2. Therefore, the length of the paper cylinder 1A determines the interval between the topsheets 2 and the thickness of the paper board 3. The length of the paper tube is usually 10 to 100 mm, preferably 10 to 5 mm.
Adjust to a range of 0mm. By lengthening the paper tube 1A, the bending strength of the paper board material 3 can be increased. The bending strength of the paper board 3 changes depending on the length of the paper tube 1A, the type of the paper tube 1A, and the type of the topsheet 2. Cardboard, single-sided corrugated paper, double-sided corrugated paper, etc. can be used for the paper cylinder 1A. For the top sheet 2, double-sided corrugated paper is most suitable. The top sheet 2 made of corrugated paper is light and combustible, and has sufficient strength. However, for the top sheet 2, other board-shaped papers with sufficient strength can be used instead of corrugated paper. The coffin manufactured by connecting paper board materials 3 in a box shape further includes:
If necessary, apply a surface finishing sheet to give the surface a nice finish. The surface finishing sheet is cloth. Paper, synthetic resin sheets, metal foil, leather, etc. can be used. Furthermore, the surface finishing sheet may be printed with a pattern or colored. Furthermore, the inside of the coffin can be waterproofed by applying waterproof paint or by pasting a waterproof sheet tightly. Even if water condenses and forms inside a waterproof coffin, it will not wet the paper board or leak water. The lid that closes the opening of the coffin can also be made from the same paper board material as the coffin.

The coffin of this invention is made of paper board material consisting of a core material and a top sheet, and is made of silk into a box shape. The paper board used has a unique core material. That is, the core material used is paper tubes arranged in a wall-like manner, with top sheets adhered to both ends. A coffin with this structure is incomparably stronger than a coffin made of conventional cardboard. Conventional coffin boxes made of corrugated paper were elegantly strong enough to be used as coffins even when multiple layers of corrugated paper were stacked together. However, the coffin of the present invention can achieve sufficient strength as a coffin without laminating a large number of paper boards. Furthermore, the paper board material used for the coffin of the present invention is not made by increasing the density of paper to increase its strength. Increasing the density of paper to increase its strength has the disadvantage of making it heavier and taking longer to burn. On the other hand, the coffin of the present invention has sufficient voids inside the paper board material, is lightweight, has a short burning time, and can be mass-produced at low cost, which is the ideal feature of a coffin.
