Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 [産業上の利用分野] 本考案は下肢の骨折、麻痺等の疾患を治療する
過程で使用される下肢装具の膝継手に関し、詳細
には膝関節部に配設される膝継手において屈曲制
限角度を変更することができる下肢装具用膝継手
に関するものである。

アームの嵌合孔7a,7bを合わせ、これらを貫
通する方向へニツプル8を嵌挿し、ニツプル8に
ビス9を螺合させて両支柱アーム5a,5bを連
結する。両支柱アーム5a,5bを伸展姿勢とし
たとき下腿支柱アーム5bの先端面10bは大腿
支柱アーム5aの端面13に密着当接され、大腿
支柱アーム5aに対して下腿支柱アーム5bは背
面方向(矢印B方向)には回転できず下腿支柱ア
ーム5bは大腿支柱アーム5aに対して伸展姿勢
状態位置から矢印A方向へのみ屈曲自在である様
に枢支されることになる。

へ移動せしめられた位置にあるときには、下腿支
柱アーム5bの背面10aはリング6内壁面に規
制されることになるので下腿支柱アーム5bは伸
展姿勢位置で固定維持される。つまり膝を屈曲さ
せないときにはリング6をD方向へ移動して伸展
固定状態とし、座わるときの様に膝を屈曲する必
要があるときにはリング6をC方向へ移動して屈
曲可能状態とする。

することができず、従つてまた装着者が姿勢に合
わせて屈曲可能範囲を選択するということもでき
なかつた。

よりも第1支柱アーム(大腿支柱アーム)側へ若
干退避させた位置に停止させ、第2支柱アーム
(下腿支柱アーム)の背面方向への屈曲動作を前
記ストツパー部材によつて規制する。

は下記の如き構造のものを用いる。該ロツク用リ
ング6は矩形筒状のリング本体17と該リング本
体17から片方の開口部側へ突出して形成される
ストツパー部材16からなり、内壁面側に第1規
制面17a及び第2規制面16aが形成される。
該ロツク用リング6は第1図に示す如く大腿支柱
アーム5aに嵌入され、第2図a〜cに示す各停
止位置に沿つて摺動停止される。尚該リング6の
停止位置の維持は嵌合凹部18とロツキングボー
ル11によつて行なわれる。

6を図の右側へ移動させてロツキングボール11
より外側へ位置させたとき、下腿支柱アーム5b
の背面10aを規制するものがなくなり、完全伸
展状態から自由屈曲可能状態とすることができ
る。従つてロツク用リング6の停止位置を上記の
様に変えることによつて支柱アーム5a,5bの
屈曲範囲を前記3つの状態から選択的に変更でき
る。
