当初の建付ではドアの閉りが悪く成り再調整を要
する事態が屡々起つて来る。本考案の目的は、夫
等の場合に開口枠の周辺を取外す事なく、簡単に
蝶番の締付位置を調整する事に依つて開口枠の歪
を矯正する事の出来る玄関ドアの蝶番取付装置を

加工材、又は鋳物材から成り、枠側蝶番2には雌
雄嵌着構造の支承ピン4を支承体5の中央部に於
て上向きに突設する。6は枠側蝶番2を開口枠A
の竪枠1を介し、後記の裏板へ固着する蝶番固定
ビスを挿通する複数個の丸孔で、固定板7へ穿設
する。第5図に於て、8は扉側蝶番3の中央部へ
下向きに穿設した枠側蝶番2の支承ピン4へ嵌着
させる支承穴、9は扉側蝶番3の回動腕、10は
回動腕9の扉側端部へ設けた固定板、11は玄関
ドアの扉障子で、扉側蝶番3は固定板10へ穿設
した複数個の丸孔を介し扉障子11へ固着する。
尚、扉障子11は第4図に示した様に、親扉障子
11a及び子扉障子11bの2枚扉として形成す
る事も有る。亦、上記蝶番2及び3は竪枠側と扉
側へ夫々固定板10を具備する物であれば、他は
別構造の蝶番例へば板材の曲物等でも差支無い。
再度、第1図及び第2図に於て、Bは玄関ドア設
置部分の開口内面の建物の木部の躯体、12は開
口枠Aの竪枠1と躯体Bとの間へ配設する枠側蝶
番2の裏板で、長手方向の断面〓の金属板から成
り枠側蝶番2の固定板7と略々仝じ幅を有する帯
板の折曲材又は鋳造材から成り、其の平板部13
へ枠側蝶番2の固定板7の複数の丸孔6に対応す
る雌ネジ孔14を穿設し、亦、平板部13の上下
に折曲して設けた固定部15には夫々水平方向に
長い裏板長孔16を穿設する。尚、脚部17の高
さは、裏板12を装着する竪枠1の押出型材のリ
ツプ開口を有する装着部Cの高さと対応させる。
而して、竪枠1の枠側蝶番固定面1aには枠側蝶
番2の固定板7の複数の丸孔6に対応する複数の
上下方向へ長い枠長孔18を穿設し、且、其の上
下へ裏板12の上下の水平方向へ長い裏板長孔1
6と対応する枠固定ビス19を挿通し、裏板12
を木部の躯体Bへの取付位置を裏板長孔16の寸
法範囲内で調整可能に螺着する為の操作孔20を
穿設する。尚、上記実施例に於ては、枠長孔18
を上下方向に長い長孔としたが、之を水平方向へ
も長い長孔を組合合せた十字形の長孔とすれば開
口枠Aと扉障子11の建付調整は、更に調節量を
増す事に成り、亦、組立精度を向上する事に依つ
て上記建付調整が不要な場合には単なる丸孔でも
良い。尚、第3図に示す様に躯体Bが、R.C.(鉄
筋コンクリート)納り又はA.L.C.(発泡コンクリ
ート)納りの場合には躯体Bの差筋21へ横断面
L字形で竪枠1の長手方向へ長い裏板アンカー2
2を熔接し、此の裏板アンカー22へ穿設した裏
板12の上下の裏板長孔16と対応する上下の雌

番2の枠側蝶番固定面1aの表側及び裏側の位置
へ枠側蝶番2及び裏板12を夫々宛行い、次に複
数本の蝶番固定ビス24を枠側蝶番2の固定板7
の複数の丸孔6から開口枠Aの竪枠1の枠側蝶番
固定面1aの枠長孔18を通して裏板12の平板
部13の雌ネジ孔14へ螺入し、開口枠Aに対し
枠側蝶番2及び裏板12を仮りに螺着する。次い
で、此の状態で開口枠Aを玄関ドア設置位置の開
口部へ建込み、各枠側蝶番2の位置で上下の枠固
定ビス19を竪枠1の上下の操作孔20から枠側

して裏板12を木部の躯体Bへ仮りに螺着する。
以上の後、扉障子1を吊込み各枠側蝶番2の蝶番
固定ビス24を弛めて開口枠Aに対する扉障子1

枠Aの出入りの調整を枠側蝶番固定面1aの操作
孔20から枠固定ビス19を弛めて行い好ましい
状態で再度枠固定ビス19を緊締して各裏板12
を確実に躯体Bへ螺着する。之等の作業終了後、
枠側蝶番固定位置以外の適宜の個処に於て開口枠
Aと躯体Bとをビス止し玄関ドアの取付を完了す
る。尚、R.C.納り又はA.L.C.納りの場合は前記開
口枠Aの調整は、躯体Bの差筋21へ熔接した裏
板アンカー22に対して行い、且、上記枠側蝶番
固定位置以外の適宜の個処の開口枠Aと躯体Bと
の接合は躯体Bの差筋及び開口枠Aへ係止するア
ンカーとの熔接に依つて行うものである事は勿論
