ものが提案されている。

覆材３は袋状に成形しておき、これを巻き付けた
綿繊維２の上に被せ、被覆材３の基端部を接着剤
などを用いて軸棒１に固着４する。また被覆材３
の袋状の形状は、重ねた布の３縁を固着し、１縁
を開放状にしておく。この為の加工方法は第４〜
６図に示されるように、一枚の布を折曲げて重
ね、２縁を固着したり、あるいは２枚の布を重
ね、３方を固着したりするなどの方式が可能であ
り、縁辺の固着手段としては、押圧接着、加熱接
着、縫着、接着剤による接着などが可能である。
このように３方が固着された袋状の被覆材３は固
着縁辺が外部に露呈しているので、これを裏返
し、固着縁辺の内側にして使用する。次にこの被
覆材３を、軸棒１の先端に巻き付けられた綿繊維
２に被せ、被覆材３の基部は接着剤などによつて
軸棒１に固着する。

場合には、綿屑の発生がないので防塵を要する箇
所にでも安心して使用できる。また、被覆材が予
じめ袋状に成形されているので、綿繊維の外面へ
の装着が容易で、製造コストを下げることが可能
である。
