The ability to remove dirt may be reduced, and dirt may remain on the surface of tires, etc., resulting in incomplete cleaning.

An emulsion emulsified with a surfactant, a cleaning polishing agent containing a lower alcohol and a liquid iso-higher alcohol having 8 or more carbon atoms, and an emulsion in which organopolysiloxane is emulsified with a surfactant mainly containing ammonium salts of fatty acids. A cleaning polishing agent containing a lower alcohol and a liquid iso-higher alcohol with carbon number of 8 or more is sprayed onto the surface to be cleaned and foamed, and an iso-higher alcohol film is formed on the surface to be cleaned. Cleaning is performed by precipitating polysiloxane and causing a foamy cleaning and polishing liquid to flow down along the surface to be cleaned together with dirt.

。Fatty acid ammonium salt releases ammonia in the atmosphere, decomposes, and loses its emulsifying power. Therefore, when the cleaning and polishing agent of the present invention is sprayed onto the tire surface, organopolysiloxane is precipitated, and the organopolysiloxane is deposited on the tire surface. (Silicone oil) has sufficient adhesion resistance and a remarkable polishing effect can be obtained.

Its effect is not fully understood, but when a cleaning and polishing liquid is sprayed onto a tire, etc., an interfacial film mainly composed of iso-higher alcohol is formed on the surface being cleaned, and as mentioned above, the emulsion state is broken and organopolymers are precipitated. This seems to be because siloxane flows down along this interfacial film.

Organopolysiloxane is precipitated to provide sufficient adhesion to the surface to be washed, resulting in a good polish.

を行なう。In addition, a cleaning solution can be prepared by spraying a cleaning polishing agent containing an emulsion of organopolysiloxane with a surfactant mainly containing fatty acid ammonium salt, a lower alcohol, and a liquid isohigher alcohol having a carbon number of 8 or more onto the surface to be cleaned. foam to form a higher alcohol film on the surface to be cleaned. Furthermore, organopolysiloxane is precipitated from the emulsion by the decomposition of fatty acid ammonium salts, and the viscosity of the cleaning liquid is lowered by the action of the lower alcohol, and the cleaning liquid is allowed to flow down along the above-mentioned film in a foamy state, thereby dislodging dirt onto the surface to be cleaned. It is removed without re-adhesion, allows the organopolysiloxane to sufficiently adhere to the surface to be cleaned, and provides a good polish.
