Claims (1)
の先端開口成形部に半径方向外側に突出する突起部分を
有し、その外壁をバリア膜で被った樹脂製の予備成形体
を一部に含み、この予備成形体のバリア膜と容器の他の
部分のバリア膜の端部とが重ね合わされて射出樹脂によ
り前記予備成形体と一体成形されていることを特徴とす
るバリア性容器。 2、比較的浅い立ち上がり部を有し、前記立ち上がり部
の先端開口形成部に半径方向外側に突出する突起部分を
形成した樹脂製の予備成形体を予め準備し、この予備成
形体をバリア膜で被い、このバリア膜で被った予備成形
体を雄型と雌型間に形成されたキャビティ内に設置する
とともに、雄型の周囲にバリア膜を巻き付け、その巻き
付け端部が前記予備成形体の外周面のバリア膜と重なり
合うようにし、前記予備成形体の突起部形成側の雌型部
分からキャビティ内に樹脂を射出して前記予備成形体と
一体化するようにしたことを特徴とするバリア性容器の
製造方法。[Claims] 1.
