り手段150は前記送り出し手段130と連結し
ており同期して往復動を行うもので、駆動制御手
段200のレバー212に連節するヘツド部15

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】 1 作業桿上に配設され当該作業桿の上下方向の
往復運動によつて当該作業桿の上方に配設された
積層案内手段内に積層された多数の表紙を一枚づ
つ分離して当該積層案内手段の下方にほぼ水平に
配設された一対の送りレール上に載置する吸引力
切換型の分離手段と、前記送りレール上に載置さ
れた表紙を前記積層案内手段との連結部によつて
前記分離手段の往動方向側に往動方向の力によつ
て倒れ復動方向の力によつて起立する起立状態に
付勢された逆止爪を介在させて作業桿上に配設さ
れたセンター丸味出し用ヒーター位置へ往動によ
つて送り且つ往動方向の力によつて倒れ復動方向
の力によつて起立する起立状態に付勢された送り
爪によつて当該ヒータによる丸味出し加工の施工
された表紙を貼付開始位置へ送りこれら連結部及
び送り爪を往動方向である送り方向に順に配列し
た送り出し手段と、表紙の送り作業中に積層され
ている表紙の一部分を支持し前記積層案内手段と
作業桿との間に介設された支持体と、当該送り出
し手段の下方において前記表紙の送り方向と直交
するようにほぼ水平に設定される中帳送り台上に
背を上にして配列された中帳を一冊づつ糊付手段
の適正な位置へ前記送り出し手段と同期させて送
り出す送り出し位置調節型の中帳送り手段と、前
記糊付手段に送り込まれた中帳を迫り上げつつ糊
付けし且つ前記貼付開始位置の表紙のセンターに
中帳の背を当て貼付手段の間を更に迫り上げつつ
表紙と中帳との貼付を行つた後貼付手段の頂板上
迄押し上げその後急速に降下し復帰する中差し板
を有した迫り上げ手段と、前記頂板上に押し上げ
られ貼付の完了した本、若しくは手帳を収容棚上
に転送する転送手段と、前記作業桿、送り出し手
段、中帳送り手段、迫り上げ手段及び転送手段を
調和作動させる駆動制御手段とより構成されたこ
とを特徴とする全自動表紙貼付装置。 2 前記積層案内手段が、挿入口より挿入される
多数の表紙を複数の側壁によつて積層状態に保持
し当該挿入口の反対側の分離取出口よりこれら表
紙を一枚一枚送り出すもので、且つ複数の側壁の
うち少なくとも1つの側壁の分離取出口側の端部
に表紙支持用突起を突設したものである特許請求
の範囲第1項記載の装置。 3 前記分離手段が、真空ポンプに連通した一対
の吸盤より成るものである特許請求の範囲第1項
記載の装置。 4 前記中帳送り手段が、糊付手段内における中
帳の配置を調節するため送り出し方向に送り出し
棒を進退調節する調節手段と、空送りできるよう
に送り出し棒を逸らす逸らし手段とを備えたもの
である特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 5 前記貼付手段が、垂直且つ平行に隔設された
一対の基体を固定リンクとした平行リンク機構の
連杆を形状の縦断面をもつ圧力板で形成し、且
つ揺動リンクの端面と基体との隙間及び若しくは
揺動リンクの他方の端面と台板との隙間を加減す
ることによつて揺動角度を調節自在としたもので
ある特許請求の範囲第1項記載の装置。 6 前記転送手段が、ほぼ水平な直線形状の案内
体に沿つて往復駆動手段による往復駆動力を受け
て往復直線運動を行うスライダと、当該スライダ
に回転自在に枢支された歯車と、当該歯車と噛合
状態において前記案内体に平行に配設されたラツ
クと、前記歯車の枢軸に一体的に連結された物品
の保持体とより成るものである特許請求の範囲第
1項記載の装置。
