M)の外周壁に防水パツキン8が環着された防水
コネクタにあつては、上記の外力に防水パツキン
8を相手ハウジングFの外周壁に嵌合させるため
の挿入力が加わることになる。

片4bはロツク突起2に対し半嵌合状態となる場
合が多い。又、このような半嵌合状態ではハウジ
ング相互が簡単に外れ易にのみならず、防水コネ
クタの場合にはパツキン8の防水効果が全く得ら
れないという問題点がある。

に、押圧突起10と当接するロツクアーム4に最
大反撥荷重がかかるように構成される。

起2はロツクアーム4の溝部4cに収まり、ロツ
クアーム4の撓みは元の状態に復帰する。又、ガ
イド壁9の僅かな撓みも元の位置に復帰する。

が得られる。更に防水コネクタの場合はその防水
性能が著しく向上する等の利点が得られる。
