[Prior Art] This type of fastener is generally integrally molded from synthetic resin, etc., and has a head and a leg with a claw formed below the head, and the leg is inserted from the tip into the mounting hole of the panel. By temporarily reducing the diameter of the claw and allowing it to pass through, and expanding the diameter after the claw passes through the mounting hole, the mounting panel can be sandwiched between the head and the claw and attached to the panel (Jikkosho). 51-12617).

However, in conventional fasteners, the distance between the head and the claw is fixed, so the thickness of the panel that can be attached is limited. For this reason, for example, when attaching fasteners to two types of panels having different wall thicknesses, two types of fasteners corresponding to each panel are required.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has a leg portion extending from one surface of the plate-shaped head in the thickness direction of the head, and the leg portion is provided with a claw, and the leg portion is provided with a claw. A fastener that is attached to the mounting panel by sandwiching the mounting panel between the head and the claw with the leg inserted into a hole provided in the mounting panel, the leg being inserted into the hole provided in the mounting panel. It has two pairs of outer surface parts that are parallel to each other along the extending direction of the leg part, and the claws are provided in a plurality at different positions along the extending direction, and when the leg part is inserted into the hole, A part of the claw is housed inside the leg so as to interfere with the mounting panel and be elastically deformed.

First, to attach the fasteners to the mounting panel,
The legs are inserted into the holes. During insertion into the hole in the leg, a portion of the claw interferes with the mounting panel and is elastically deformed. When the insertion of the leg into the hole is completed, the mounting panel is sandwiched between the head and the claw, and the fastener is attached to the mounting panel.

Here, in the fastener of the present invention, a plurality of claws are provided at different positions along the extending direction of the leg, and part of the claw interferes with the mounting panel during insertion into the hole in the leg, causing elastic deformation. Since the spacing between the claw and the head is different, even if the mounting panels have different wall thicknesses, the mounting panel cannot be sandwiched between the head and the claw. can be securely attached to the mounting panel.

In addition, since the legs have two pairs of outer surfaces that are parallel to each other along the extending direction, when the fastener is attached to the mounting panel, these outer surfaces prevent the fastener from being attached after installation. This prevents the tool from rattling within the hole in the mounting panel.

Further, since the plurality of claws are housed inside the legs having two pairs of outer surfaces, the claws can be easily inserted into the holes of the legs and after the fastener is attached to the mounting panel.
The plurality of claws are reliably protected by these two pairs of outer surfaces. In other words, even if the leg part hits the outer periphery of the hole in the mounting panel when the fastener is attached to the mounting panel, the claw will not break or become excessively elastically deformed. Therefore, the durability of the fastener can be improved.

In addition, with the fastener of the present invention, if a load is applied to the fastener in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the legs after the fastener is attached to the mounting panel, this load will be applied to the two pairs of legs. supported by the outer surface of the Therefore, since the load on the claw is reduced, the durability of the fastener can be improved from this point as well.

Furthermore, the legs not only guide the insertion of the fastener into the mounting panel, but also the claws prevent the fastener from coming out of the hole after installation. By assigning the stop prevention function to the legs and the claws, the state after the fastener is attached to the mounting panel can be stabilized.

As shown in FIG. 1, the panel 12 has a structure in which a trim 18 is joined to the surface of a thin steel plate 16. A mounting hole 20 is formed in this panel 12, and this mounting hole 20 is connected to a rectangular hole 22 formed in the steel plate 16, a rectangular hole 22, and a circle formed in the trim 18 concentrically with the rectangular hole 22. It is composed of a hole 24. The rectangular hole 22 and the circular hole 24 are provided such that the diameter of the circular hole 24 is larger than the diagonal dimension of the rectangular hole 22. Therefore, the rectangular hole 22 is exposed inside the circular hole 24 when viewed from the trim 18 side.

The steep slopes 54 and 62 have a steel plate 16 between them and the seat 30.
It has the role of attaching the fastener 10 to the panel 12 by sandwiching it. The second claw 46 has a lower protruding height toward the base side of the leg portion 32 (upward in FIG. 1) than the first claw 44, and has a lower protrusion height than the first claw 44, and is connected to the base of the plane 64 and the head as shown in FIG. The mounting dimension L2 between the first claw 44 and the head 26 is larger than the mounting dimension L1 between the base of the flat surface 56 of the first claw 44 and the head 26.

The fastener 10 is constructed by simply press-fitting the leg portion 32 into the rectangular hole 22 of the mounting hole 20 of the panel 12, and the diameter of both the first claw 44 and the second claw 46 is temporarily reduced and then expanded. can be reliably attached without wobbling by sandwiching the panel 12 between the steep slope 54 of the first claw 44 and the head 26 or between the steep slope 62 and the head 26 of the second claw 46.

That is, when the panel 12 is thin, the steep slope 54 hits the panel 12, and when it is thick, the steep slope 62 hits the panel 12, sandwiching the panel 12 between it and the head 26. In this state where the thick panel 12 is held, the first pawl 46 does not return to its free state and is brought into a reduced diameter state, so that it does not interfere with the diameter alignment between the steep slope 62 and the head 26.

As described above, in this embodiment, the legs 32 are provided at different positions along the extending direction of the legs 32.

Further, since the first claw 44 and the second claw 46 are housed inside the leg portion 32 having two pairs of outer surface portions, when the leg portion 32 is inserted into the rectangular hole 22 and when the fastener 10 is inserted into the panel of the fastener 10, 12, the first claw 44 and the second claw 46 can be reliably protected by these two pairs of outer surface parts. That is,
Even if the leg portion 32 hits the outer peripheral surface of the rectangular hole 22 of the panel 12 when the fastener 10 is attached to the panel 12, the first claw 44 and the second claw 46 may break or become excessively elastically deformed. Never. For this reason,
The durability of the fastener 10 can be improved.

Further, in the fastener 10 of this embodiment, the fastener 10
When a load is applied to the fastener 10 in a direction perpendicular to the extending direction of the legs 32 after it is attached to the panel 12, this load is supported by the two pairs of outer surfaces of the legs 32. Ru. Therefore, the first claw 44, the second claw

Furthermore, the legs 32 not only guide the insertion operation of the fastener 10 into the panel 12, but also allow the first claw 44 and the second claw 46 to prevent the fastener 10 from coming out of the rectangular hole 22 after installation. However, by assigning the guide function and the retaining function to the leg portion 32, the first claw 44, and the second claw 46, the panel 12 of the fastener 10 can be prevented. The condition after installation can be stabilized.

[Effects of the invention] As explained above, in the fastener according to the present invention, the legs have two pairs of outer surface parts parallel to each other along the extending direction of the legs, and the claws A plurality of claws are provided at different positions along the exit direction, and are housed inside the leg so that a part of the claw interferes with the mounting panel and is elastically deformed during insertion of the leg into the hole. Therefore, it has the excellent effect of being able to be attached to many types of panels with different wall thicknesses.
