At very limited times, for example with answering machines that operate in accordance with the German FTZ standard, when listening to a recording recorded over the line remotely, the playback of the recording will be interrupted every 40 seconds. However, when the player wanted to continue playback, the remote control was performed in response to the voice only for a short period of 4 seconds after the playback was interrupted.

With such conventional remote control means, for example,
When I was remotely controlling a recording of a message using an answering machine that operates in accordance with the German FTZ standard, when all recordings of the message had finished playing, the remote control could not be performed by voice and the line was released after just 4 seconds. Furthermore, if you are attempting to perform remote control, you must prepare a device that generates a specific remote signal so that it can always be transmitted over the line, for example by keeping it pressed against the microphone of the telephone you are controlling remotely. However, it was extremely difficult to use.

Purpose of the Invention The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and makes it possible to extend the line holding time for a limited time, that is, by voice, even after all recordings have been played back by remote control, and by constantly pressing the remote signal generator into the microphone of the telephone. The purpose is to provide an answering machine that does not require telephone answering.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an embodiment of the present invention. Reference numeral 1 denotes an incoming call detection means, which detects incoming calls from the line. When an incoming signal is detected, it is output to the control means 2. When there is an incoming call, the control means 2 controls the line holding means 3 to hold the line. Reference numeral 4 denotes line interface means, which interfaces the line being held and signals within the device. When a predetermined remote signal comes from the line, it is decoded by the remote signal decoding means 5 and the control means 2
Output to. The control means 2 controls the remote-operated means 6 in response to the remote signal to bring it into a predetermined remote-operated state. At the same time, the timing means 7 is controlled to measure the duration of the remote operation state, and when a predetermined time T1 has elapsed, the alarm generation means is controlled to generate an alarm,
Alert remote operator. Thereafter, if a predetermined remote signal or audio signal does not arrive during time T2 , the line holding means 3 is controlled to release the line. time
If an audio signal arrives between T 2 , the audio detection means 9
is detected and output to the control means 2. The control means 2 controls the alarm generating means 8 in response to the sound detection to generate an alarm, and further maintains the line for a time T 2 to receive a remote signal or an audio signal. If a voice signal arrives thereafter, the same process can be repeated, but the timer 7 measures the time after time T 1 has elapsed, and if that time reaches T 3 , the counting means 10 determines whether the line is maintained by voice or not. The number of times the time is extended is counted, and when the time reaches N times, the line holding means 3 is controlled and the line is released, regardless of the presence or absence of voice from the line.

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be explained. FIG. 3 shows the main part of a flowchart controlled by a microcomputer. When an incoming signal arrives on the line 11, the incoming signal detecting means 1 detects it and outputs it to the microcomputer 13. The microcomputer 13 recognizes the incoming calls and outputs a control output to the line holding means 2 so as to hold the line.
Thereafter, when a predetermined remote signal arrives on the line 11, the remote signal decoding means 5 detects it and outputs it to the microcomputer 13. When the microcomputer 13 recognizes the arrival of a predetermined remote signal (in this embodiment, a signal for sending the microphone input to the line), the microcomputer 13 sends the microphone 12-
The input signal a is amplified by the amplification section 12-b, sent to the line 11 via the line interface means 4, and the sending time is measured by the storage section 13-a and the calculation section 13-d. When the sending time reaches T1 , the sending of the microphone 12-a is stopped and a control output is made to the alarm generating means 8 so as to generate an alarm sound. Thereafter, when a predetermined remote signal arrives on the line 11, the input signal of the microphone 12-a is sent out to the line again. When a predetermined signal does not arrive at the line 11 and time T 2 has elapsed after the alarm sound is generated, a control output is sent to the line holding means 2 and the line is released. If a voice signal arrives at the line 11 before time T2 has elapsed, the voice detection means 9 detects it and the microcomputer 13 detects it.
Output to. When the microcomputer 13 recognizes the voice, it outputs control to the alarm generating means 8 again to generate an alarm sound. Thereafter, the above operation is repeated every time an audio signal arrives on the line 11. However, in order to prevent the above operation from repeating indefinitely due to noise other than voice arriving on the line, the storage unit 13-a and the calculation unit 13-d measure the time from the time when the input of the microphone 12-a is sent out to the line.
At time T3 , the line holding means 2 is controlled to release the line regardless of the presence or absence of the voice signal. Furthermore, at the same time as the time T3 is counted, the number of times the remote signal reception time is extended by the voice signal is counted, and when the number of times reaches N, the line is released regardless of the presence or absence of the voice signal.

Effects of the Invention In the present invention, when a predetermined remote device is used to remotely control an answering machine, the time for which the answering machine receives a remote signal from the predetermined remote device can be extended by voice. There is no need to keep pressing the specified remote device against the handset, and even just before the answering machine is about to release the line, you can use voice to extend the remote signal reception time and then slowly prepare to send the remote signal. Especially in Germany, where time for remote control is short.
An answering machine that complies with the FTZ standard can provide an answering machine that is particularly effective.
