Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a lens from inclining against an optical axis and to avoid the deterioration in optical performance by directly attaching a lens to a lens barrel part. CONSTITUTION:The lens 8 is directly attached to the lens barrel part 1 and the lens barrel part 1 is inserted in an image pickup element holder 3 to which an image pickup element 5 is attached so that it can slide along an optical axis direction. The holder 3 and the lens barrel part 1 are fixed by a fixing screw 4. By loosening the screw 4 in such constitution, the holder 3 is moved in the optical axis direction with respect to the lens barrel part 1 to adjust a focal position. Since the lens 8 is directly attached to the lens barrel part 1, there is no gap between the holder 3 and the lens barrel part 1 and the eccentricity of the lens is not caused in the case of fixing the lens, thereby preventing the performance from being deteriorated.

Conventionally, in video cameras that use an image sensor plate, the so-called focal point adjustment method is used to adjust the relationship between the distance scale of the lens and the subject distance within a permissible range. ! ! It is necessary to perform li adjustment. Figure 2 shows the configuration of a conventional video camera lens focal position adjustment.
The lens holder 2 is inserted into the lens barrel 1 so as to be movable along its optical axis l. An image sensor holder 3 holding an image sensor 5 is attached to an end of the lens barrel l by screws 7 using a mounting plate 6 . Further, the lens holder 2 is pressed and fixed by the tip of a fixing screw 4 screwed from the lens barrel l. Therefore, by loosening the fixing screw 4, the lens holder 2 can be moved in the direction of the optical axis l to adjust the focal position.

(Means for Solving the Problems) A video camera according to the present invention forms an optical image of a subject on an image sensor through a lens in a lens barrel,
A video camera that converts this into an electrical signal includes a lens barrel to which the above-mentioned lens is directly attached, and an image sensor to which the image sensor is attached and is slidably inserted into the lens barrel along its optical axis direction. The image sensor holder is characterized in that it comprises an image sensor holder having a cylindrical shape, and a fixing means for positionally fixing the image sensor holder to a lens barrel.

In this invention, the focus position can be adjusted by loosening the fixing screw and moving the image sensor holder in the optical axis direction with respect to the lens barrel. Further, since the lens is directly attached to the lens barrel, the lens does not become eccentric with respect to the lens barrel when the image pickup element holder is fixed by the fixing means.

In the focal position adjustment device for a video camera according to the present invention, which has a tank bottom as described above, by loosening the screw 4, the image sensor holder 3 is moved along the lens barrel 1 in the direction of the optical axis l, and the focal position is adjusted. can be done. Then, by tightening the screw 4, the screw tip 4a is pressed against the lens barrel l, and the position of the image pickup element holder 3 can be fixed. In particular, in this invention, since the lens 8 is directly attached to the lens barrel l, even when the screw 4 is tightened, the lens 8 will not be tilted eccentrically with respect to the lens barrel l, and the optical performance will be improved. No deterioration occurs.

As explained above, according to the present invention, since the lens is directly attached to the lens barrel, when the image sensor holder is fixed with a screw after adjusting the focal position, the lens becomes eccentric with respect to the lens barrel and tilts away from the halo. Therefore, deterioration of optical performance can be prevented. Further, a lens holder for holding a lens as in the conventional case is not required, and costs can be reduced accordingly.
